As Titanium status customer , My name was wrong in the welcome card . Sorry to pay attention to details but just little feedback

The pool was fantastic. The staff was great and extremely helpful. Immaculately clean. Just location was not good as it is removed from hustle and bustle. However,there is a Lulu express across the road as well as another smaller supermarket. No other little stores to buy smaller items. Taxis are available 24hrs and close to sheikh Zayed mosque.

The space in the room. It’s very clean. The atmosphere is very pleasant

The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel as we were at an exhibition which was just below the hotel. The staff did their utmost to ensure we had a pleasant stay and tried to make it up to us for not being able to allocate the room we had reserved. We were given complimentary breakfast to compensate and the Duty Manager even called us to check that everything else was satisfactory and also apologised once again. This gesture made the inconvenience of not having the room we booked a little more acceptable. Excellent customer service... in fact all of the staff we had interactions with were extremely courteous and helpful.

We had booked a twin room but unfortunately when we checked in we were told that there were no twin rooms available which was extremely disappointing to say the least. We were given a slightly bigger room whereby a rollaway bed was added, which again was not ideal but there was no alternative. The rooms had no direct portal for phone charging which is pretty standard in most hotels now. You had to make sure you had a charger with a plug. There is no area to plug a hairdryer/straightener etc which is in front of a mirror. This was very frustrating and also standard in most hotels.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool area was really lovely.

The room was a bit tired, the blind wouldn't go all the way up and when I tried to raise it the metal pellet fell down on top of me. The light switch plate by the front door fell off. The brochure showed a lounge chair to sit in but there wasn't one. It would have really been nice to sit in a chair to watch tv instead of on the bed.

It's hot inside the elevators and the elevators area

Clean and well managed hotel with nice swimming pool and pool table.

There was a pool party that was super loud and lighting that affected those that were trying to sleep.

Location is perfect for attending conferences

Everything was just fine, stayed only 1 night, staff are great, good views, comfortable bed, breakfast was also good!

I guess keeping some basic supplies in bathroom would be great, I mean there was only 1 dental kit and literally no other things! I’m working in hotel too and the amenities here was just below average. However we didn’t make a big deal of it, rest of everything are fine!
