This boutique hotel offers the best self-contained suites and has some of the most spacious suites in the city. This hotel has been popularly described as a sanctuary or haven for business for both business and leisure travelers by offering some of the best modern features and facilities.
It is located in the heart of Athens and situated strategically close to landmark areas and famous places. For example, it is located 250 m from the Temple of Olympian Zeus a popular site to visit for tourists, 250m from the Akropoli, and Hadrian Arch. The nickname for the neighborhood where the hotel is located in the neighborhood of Gods, making the hotel itself an intriguing place to stay while in Athens.

Excellent hotel in Athens which is extremely comfortable, quiet, clean and elegant. Great location.
Lovely room with a great balcony on the ground floor. Everything was super comfortable, quiet and elegant. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent place to stay. They do serve breakfast but it was not included with the room.
Would have been nice to have breakfast included.

Perfect location on a quiet street in Plaka with an incredible view of the Acropolis with exceptional staff and spacious

We stayed for two nights and the Ava Hotel was in the perfect spot and had wonderful staff.
The location was perfect for visiting the Acropolis, Plaka, and other sites around Athens. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Room 203 was lovely and spacious. Nice balcony. Good breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Love that it is a small 16 room hotel so you don't get lost in the shuffle.

Exceptional
All the staff were super friendly, and the location was literally a few short steps away from everything. An easy five minute walk to the Acropolis, and on the street just opposite Hadrian's Gate so it was impossible to get lost.

Very comfortable hotel right by acropolis
Spacious clean room, comfortable beds, great location, soundproof windows (was very quiet). Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn’t need to use the little kitchenette in the room, but it was well stocked with equipment.

Spacious wonderful hotel - perfect location!
We loved our stay at the Ava Suites. PERFECT location in the Plaka neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. The hotel was spacious enough for me and my two young adult children - which was hard to find in an Athens hotel without going to 2 rooms. We had a suite with large rooms, a kitchenette and balcony with lovely views of the Acropolis and Hadrian's Arch. Magda was such a warm and helpful front desk person who made us feel at home. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect place for a visit to Athens.
Excellent room and we really enjoyed the terrace and the Acropolis view. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The location could not have been better.

Great location for first time visitors. We had an executive room which was very large. The bed was excellent. Very helpful desk staff.
