Best hotel trip experience ever!
We went to celebrate our 18th Wedding Anniversary and had the most lovely time! The building is amazing! They thought of everything to make the stay spectacular! Every staff member from the Valet to the person who checked us in, the manager gifted us a couple $10 dollar credits so in the morning we had the most enjoyable breakfast and the staff there, again phenomenal! The room was so comfy and decorated so neat! It had some of the history of the hotel on printed paper which was intriguing that it used to be the Atlanta Federal Reserve. Stay here if you're ever in the Atlanta area, you will be so glad you did!

The staff was really friendly. The decor was quirky and fun. The location was excellent. Our rooms were very comfortable. The shower was great, especially for tall people. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional!! Great downtown location. We were in town for a concert. Could smell a lot of marijuana when we first got to our floor. But that is not the staff's fault. By that night you could tell they had cleaned and sprayed air freshener to get rid of smell. All in all would highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again!!! Bonus there sky lounge bar offers amazing views and drinks.

I liked that the hotel was in downtown Atlanta, it was close to everything that we had planned for the weekend. The food at Glenn's Kitchen was amazing and delicious every time we ate there. There was one valet guy who stood out to us though, he was there mostly in the mornings when we would leave to go somewhere. It sounded like he had an African accent, and I think his name was Alasan. He was amazing at his job and so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and at night it was not loud outside and that was awesome too with it being in downtown Atlanta. The Sky Lounge was very nice and relaxing to go to as well.
The only thing that we didn't like during our stay there was that none of the people who worked there were friendly and they never spoke to us like they should at other hotels. The customer service there inside the hotel could have been a lot better to me. The nicest people that we encountered were the people who worked at Glenn's Kitchen and the one valet guy. They were the nicest ones there. I work with the public everyday so I know what customer service should look like and they did not show any to us.

Staff were great, Brenda in the bar was a gem. Close to the Congress Center for a recent trade show. Room was quiet in spite of central location. Friday night entertainer sang long sets, quite pleasant.
Bar closed a little early.

Good experience overall. Loved the room and bed was very comfortable.
Comfortable bed and pretty decor. Room was very cute.
View was something to be desired. Rooftop bar was not all it was cracked up to be with lack of seats and bad music.
