Exceptional
I bought a stay with breakfast. I got a voucher but the cafe staff didn't explain the rules and I overpaid for it.

Great place to stay
The room was clean, well-kept, and modern. I first thought the hotel was well cared for, and the room layout was aesthetically appealing. The bedroom had a desk for working, the curtains blocked the sun when closed, and the bathroom was comfortable. The bathroom came with two-level shower heads with excellent water pressure. The shower had a nice feature, with the on/off separated from the shower head. There were plenty of outlets for mobile devices, and connection to the internet was a simple process. The floors were clean, and the room smelled pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.
There was nothing to report that was adverse to the stay.

Wow, best stay I've had in Atlanta.
Up to date modern style room with lots of lighting, huge mirror and a really nice shower

It was a great couples staycation.

Delightful and all too brief.
Breakfast was prompt, tasty, and reasonably price. The staff were all very helpful and informative. Aesthetics top notch, bed was comfortable.
Can't say I had any negative experiences.

Staff at the hotel were nice and friendly.

AC unit may not be working at night as felt hot and humid.

Great location, nice clean rooms
Nice clean rooms, great walkable locations.
They make you take 2 elevators to your room while the lobby glass stairs stay closed only to be looked at. Doesn’t make sense. At check in, the receptionist Mrs. Jones tried to tell me and convince me I booked an king room and wherever I booked, that it must’ve stated “either or” even after I kept telling her I paid extra for 2 queens and showed her the confirmation email. At first she still claimed they’re sold out and only after I persisted she suddenly was able to find a room that was fully ready (we arrived after 9 pm) and still to the end was saying that it must’ve been “either or” and was obviously annoyed.

I enjoyed my stay and loved the people. I look forward to returning.
The location,friendly and helpful staff,guests,clean room.
Although the food was tasty, the staff were talking and laughing as we were dining and I think they should have an area to mingle with each other and come to the work area as a professional. I enjoy happy people, however that was not the setting for me to listen to staff in the back(and a few standing in the dining area). Poor dining experience;so I would resolve to dine elsewhere.

I liked that it was clean and there was a restaurant inside.
I did not like the fact that we had to wait so long for our room even though we reserved a time months in advance. Luckily the staff helped us out!
