Room was nice, but small. Vera Cruz was a nice place for lunch.

Onsite restaurant was closed my entire stay. Too expensive for what you received. You could not see the river from the pool as advertised.

I love thé Line. My go to for Austin. It’s fun and the lattes and pool are great. Taco bar with great margaritas on premises. And a great view of lake and easy access to downtown and trail.

It’s great. What’s not to like?

Terrific location, fabulous room with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on the river, chic and comfortable seating area, comfortable bed, cool bathroom.

The location was perfect for us. The view from the room was great (Lake view). The atmosphere of the hotel was fun. The taco shop is out of this world.

Sorry to say the mattress was not comfortable. Note to management: Time for an upgrade. It would have been nice to have two solid chairs in the room. Plumbing a little slow, but eventually it all went through. All small things for us - we would return.

The 450 USD hold on top of the regular price - what is this for? does not make sense as you pay at the restaurants and this is a huge amount for just a three day stay.

Stunning views of the river, if you can, get a view that looks out that way! Very modern, young, funky, and general Austin-vibe, absolutely loved the design. The coffee and taco truck located inside the building are top notch, definitely worth the wait.

Extra charges After I had paid for pool/gym. Very deceptive pricing practices. Elevators broken and staff very cold.

The location is perfect - right in downtown by the water. The in hotel coffee shop and taco restaurant are amazing and a huge plus. The staff was very kind.

The room’s climate control seemed to be broken, making it either too cold or too hot, with no way of adjusting it. The humidity of the room was out of control as well. Housekeeping kept taking the used washcloths and not replacing them, and sometimes forgot to replace the toilet paper.

The hotel was hip and definitely a popular place for gathering people. The decor provided a sense of fun and chic. The location of the hotel was perfect for being downtown for dinner and music as well as having direct access to the path along the lake. The P6 Bar was outstanding with great drinks and food as well as a comfortable spot with great views. Our lake bridge view room was one of the best rooms we have stayed in with lots of space and amazing views of the bustle below.

The valet staff was hit and miss. Is there a rule of no longer helping with luggage. Upon arrival and departure we handled our own suitcases. What's with that? We had money ready to tip the valet when we were leaving but he basically took his time getting our car to us and then didn't even lift a finger to help with our bags. Housekeeping needs to work on being more consistent with a checkoff list. Coffee cups were missing after one service then we were missing one face towel and a hand towel. We were given water when we arrived and housekeeping took my bottle that still had water in it. Upon arrival we had a makeup towel and then the rest of the stay we never got another one. The Kleenex box was empty and it was never replaced.

Excellent location - easy walk to the trail, bars, restaurants. Bed is super comfortable. Beautiful views in both city side and lake side.

It is a great location in the heart of Austin, From the back of the hotel one can go down straight to the riverwalk. All amenities are nearby and a very walkable neighborhood.

Wish there was a self-park option.
