gorgeous property! everything about it was stunning. the rooms were so beautiful and sitting out on the patio was so serene. the spa was incredible and Anna is the best massage therapist I have ever had! the staff were all incredibly kind and accommodating and the breakfast was beyond perfect

Le:’s begging by saying that Como probably offers the best cuisine in Ubud (the restaurant UMA cucina is highly rated: book in advance). Staff are super friendly and professional and striving to assist you during the stay (I.e. they offered a lot of activities for my kid during my SPA treatments, including rice fields walks and egg painting, and; baby sitting service is also available upon request). The yoga experience on the terrace was amazing, and massages superlatives.

The only weak point of the hotel is that the rooms do not offer any views, so if you’re looking for a stay ‘jungle - view’ you should pick a different property.

Comfiest beds, amazing service

Como Ubud is a beautiful hotel with a great location. Staff is extremely attentive and always welcoming you by name with a smile on their faces. A la carte breakfast is 10/10! Highly recommended! We will return.

I would personally prefer a slightly softer bed matress.

An amazing range of daily activities, some complimentary, some not, but all excellent quality and a great way to get a glimpse of Ubud cultural, religious, agricultural and artistic practices. The very long pool is exceptional.

The view is not on jungle or rice paddies, but it’s good enough.

the staff (we’ve been 3 weeks in bali and they were the best), the cuisine (the best food we had in bali), our room was great, you could go walking to central ubud and have morning walks in the fields! its a very nice property!

just small things (like the gym is too small for the amount of people in the hotel) and that it’s seems a bit small compared to their sister property, como shambalha state which is incredible (I’ve been twice)

We loved Como Uma in Ubud - super lovely greeting and they were able to check us in an hour or two before which was appreciated. The facilities are beautiful, the pool area so lovely and calming (except when a loud family was by the pool screaming to each other!! Sigh. Not the hotels fault obviously!) Breakfast was served below the pool, you can pick as many things as you want and the service is quick and efficient. Food was delicious too! I did yoga - they offer daily yoga 4pm with a lovely instructor overlooking the lush green outlook. Recommend. Our room was divine, a pool suite, we had two day beds and a plunge pool with direct access from the bathroom/shower. So beautiful.

Service by the pool/bar could probably be better but I was so relaxed I didn't care - keep up the good work, I'd happily return here when in Ubud next!

This property is stunning, nestled in amongst the trees it’s like a private little oasis. The swimming pool is beautiful and really big. They have two restaurants to choose from. We tried the one on site that makes Indonesian food and it was delicious food, very well priced and always served by professional and kind staff.

I couldn’t fault our stay here.

The hotel was gorgeous. Staff highly attentive and a delight to deal with.

The villa pool needed a little attention

nothing to dislike. only once the car pick up that we booked took >30 mins to arrive. Como took the initiative to waive the costs. we appreciated that.

This was my second stay at Como Uma Ubud and once again it was an incredible experience. Everything from the beautiful property to the amazing staff with 5-star service and attention to detail, and the delicious breakfasts and food - it all exceed our expectations. It's my favorite place to stay in Ubud and I'm looking forward to being back there soon!

We are staying in Pool Villa and we love it! We stayed here for 2 nights. We arrived in the evening around 8 pm for Check in on the first day and they welcomed us very friendly. The Manager (Mrs) greeted us personally. We were surprised that the Duty Manager herself said hello to us. The welcome drink given upon arrival was amazing and refreshing. When we entered our villa, the sound of the water from the fish pond welcomed us already. The ambience was very peaceful and quiet. We loved everything about the Villa especially the bathroom and the amenities such as the body lotion, the hand soap were all very good smell. It came from great quality. They were quite generous in everything. One thing that surprised us was the Coffee Maker, Nespresso! We also really enjoyed our breakfast every morning in the restaurant. The food were all prettily garnished and it tasted very delicious. There was also koi fish pond in the restaurant so you can ask the waiter to give you the food for the fish. Everything was wonderful and lovely! We would like to come back again, for sure! Thank you COMO UMA UBUD! ♥️♥️

It was so tranquil - we felt like the only guests there even though it was booked out! the swimming pool is divine and the perfect temperature and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. I loved how every staff member knew our name and were so attentive to my 4 year old daughter.

The staff went above and beyond what was expected and were some of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met.We we’re on our honeymoon and they upgraded us for free to the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed.Perfect for a honeymoon! They also threw in extras like flower bath and rose win just because they could! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Everything! There was nothing to like - the staff were exceptional, the hotel was beautiful, with stunning views out the yoga studio. The room was amazing, and they make the best meals - fantastic omeletes for breakfast!

Gorgeous hotel, elegantly designed, classic Balinese with colonial touches, tucked in the heart of ubud but away from the busy centre. Service was impeccable. The rooms facing the river with the pool are amazing, waking up to nature and so peaceful. The food was great, especially the breakfasts. If you want old school style luxury service this is it. Barely heard or saw another soul there.

Rooms need to be updated to have smart TVs but this is a small gripe for a luxury hotel.
