The facilities were fantastic, there are some great restaurants and we had a lovely view from our balcony. The Sunday brunch is a must do!

The check in process was quite slow and it’s not orderly.

Far surpassed photos in real life. The staff were all amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Fantastic resort. Pleasant staff. Unreal food. And great pool vibes. The sunset session was awesome and the sunset view with the hotel is incredible!

Honeymoon decoration wasn’t there initially however they had made up for it after I had told them with cake decoration and W hats.

Everything were great, comfy bed, spacious room in a pool villa, fabulous sea view during breakfast, chill at the beach during sunset. Staff are extremely friendly that makes you always feel welcome, Away Spa is perfect for a couple to relax and get refreshed.

Trees are all around the pool villa, but flowers petals and leaves are constantly dropping into the pool, which is not great for swimming, and making a messy scene that kind of ruin the mood. Although you can call a gardener to clean it up, the pool will soon be filled up again with debris.

Everything was amazing , best place for haneymoon in bali , service staff food all was perfect , we choose a private pool villa and it was amazing , i definetly recommend this room for eveybody. They make a surprise to us and decorate the villa for honeymoon . Thank you for everything WBali…

This is my second time at the W. One thing you need to note about the W is first impressions it's amazing. Great facilities, place is huge staff really make you feel welcome. Breakfast variety is huge. Once you get over that it has a few short falls

It's tired. Nothing has changed in 5 years. It's clean but maintained average. Everything is patched, not done , as I would expect in a hotel at this price range. Old pool.towels they run out of, not enough deck chairs. Pool tiles are missing, and pool surfaces are in decay. Our room they had painted the ceiling, and there was paint on fixtues, tiles, and walls they had tried to wipe off. The W has lost its wow factor it once had for me. There are many better destinations people visit now over a day trips this former king of hotels. The first time was there, and it was pumping. Seems a bit more family oriented now. Don't get me wrong , it's a great hotel. Just needs some TLC. They put out new orange towels for a photo shoot, that 25% of the pool area you couldn't use for the day. But they had the old pink and purple ones back the next day. I'm a repeat guest if I like a hotel, I think they have lost me here.

We are Marriott members for a reason. The high standard of care, service and food is a true reflection of its 5-star rating. Accommodation prices appear costly but what you receive is personalised service and staff who go above and beyond to cater to your needs. We love staying at W in Bali. Especially the Sunday brunch. Didn’t stay here long enough this time round. If you want a premium stay as a family, W Bali is highly recommended.

Getting old and tired. Towels and sheets poor quality.

Rooms are fabulous so is service and food you cannot fault it. Breakfast was really great

It was abit pricey for Bali not the rooms but food and drinks

The staff was incredible, we stayed at the villa, everyone was exceptional to us. The staff at Fire restaurant were outstanding and catered to our dietary needs every night. The staff all over the hotel always introduce themselves by name and ask for our names too. Very sentimental approach

We had 3 instances of lizards in our room. We came to know it was because the sliding door (from the bathroom to outdoors) was not tightly sealed. In the villa garden, there is no outdoor shower for after pool usage. Buggy service is quite slow
