Very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were very nice.
The size and design of the room were very good.
Room lighting could be better. Dining services seem to be minimal. Then again the hotel is surroumded by restaurants in the area.

Two night stay exceeded my expectations
Easy check in, great service at valet, beautiful room overlooking the harbour, quick walk to federal hill with amazing food/drinks, comfortable bed, great water pressure.. didn’t try the restaurant or use the pool, however, both were available during my stay

We will be back again!
We have stayed there before for my husband to go to physician at John’s Hopkins. We also attend an Orioles game when there so it’s easy to walk to the game. Jose the valet/doorman was friendly, helpful and kind.

Everything was great except the pool. Staff were outstanding and very welcoming.
The pool depth was challenging for young children and both the pool and spa were desperately in need of maintenance

Location
I didn't like that I had to request for my room to be cleaned and replenished with fresh towels/linens. Also, the buffet breakfast was horrible and I had to pay $28 per person for it. I was very disappointed.

Overall had a great stay
I loved the size of the room and the internet connection was great. Also I was surprised at how deep the hotel pool was which is great plus there’s a hot tub!

The staff was vey friendly and helpful. Shout to front doorman and the valets. They were very nice and helpful, parking my car, helping with luggage and giving me directions.
Baltimore is very loud at night. Loud TVs down the hall.

A nice mini getaway but wouldn't stay more than 3 days in the city.
The view was great it was convenient to eateries nearby and it was very close to the harbor.
The only thing I dislike was the fact that the garage where you park is not connected to the hotel because you have to go from one part to a door and then walk up the steps. One other thing is that the bathroom layout for the king suite the toilet was way too close to the tub.

I liked the location. I loved the shower and the shampoo and conditioner and body wash provided. The bed was comfortable too and I normally can’t rest well in a hotel.
Think for the cost more should have been included.

Our stay was great, it was quiet on the floor. The staff was courteous and attentive.
Our room was great, the bed was comfortable and very convenient to the Inner Harbor.

Great hotel, location and stay - unfortunately a bad check-in
This was our second stay - both times as overnight lodging after attending a Baltimore Orioles game. The Sonesta has a great location (upgrade to a Habor view room!!) with many attractions being walkable. Room are comfortable and the beds luxurious. We will stay again. The staff was accommodating and the doormen and parking staff exceptional!
The only thing preventing me from rating are stay as a 10 was the delay in getting into our rooms. The gates to our baseball game opened at 5:15 due to a promotion night. Despite telling us our room would be ready at 4pm they still werent ready until after 5pm when we needed to depart for our game. this meant having to check in after the game when kids were cranky and adults tired. The explanation given for the delay was theyneeded to clkwean the rooms after people checked out ???? You mean like always?

I love the bathtub in my premium king suite.
The refrigerator was not cold and housekeeping left a yellow rag on the end table in the living room area.
