incredible services and surprise beyond their scope and your expectations. I order a take away food but input the wrong address. While I feel frustrated and the room phone rang. A warm voice from the hotel told me one of their staff drove the motor cycle and pick up the takeaway from the wrong address. It's in the mid night! Thanks for that staff and the hotel! Will strongly recommend friends to stay!

the history, the location on the river with boat transfers to the Siamicon mall. The choice of restaurants was fantastic. The room view of the river was great. Room size and decor was perfect.

The hotel is dated and overpriced. Although it underwent a refurb, the gym is across the river which rules out its use for people who are in a hurry.

We didn’t manage to get a seat/table a the jazz bar. Understandable as there is no booking and a small venue but it would have been nice once during our visit.

Its an Oasis in the middle of Bangkok with lots of interesting history.

The entry/ lobby and welcome wasnt as WOW as we'd expected; the showers are small and the water pressure is very weak; unfortunately our room had a view to an ugly construction building (however we think you will find many places in Bangkok are under renovation); Le Normandie Restaurant certainly good but overrated.

Excellent service from all staff, cleanliness and luxurious rooms and settings.

The room was very confortable, clean and convenient. Well located and also quite. The pool is nice and the service was very efficient.

The temperature of the water of the pool was a bit too high for me. I had some difficulties with the lightening of the room and I found the shower a bit tight and not so nice located in front of the toilet. It was a bit disappointing not to get the bag as a gift, like in other hotels...
