Very well staff especially at reception. cleanness of the hotel with big size of the room.

Fantastic 5 star hotel located very near all of the main attractions and reliable shopping districts of Bangkok, without the traffic at your front door. Adjoins the convenient Rajadarmri Sky Rail station which services all the main Sky Rail stations in Bangkok. The Sky Rail Tickets are very affordable and the trains are air conditioned.

Breakfast was great - but best was the quality of all the staff we interacted with in all areas (from room cleaner to spa etc)

View from room was not great - but I think that’s the type of room we booked! Plus more western options on room service menu.

The service and attitude for the staff is very excellent. The breakfast buffet is very delicious. The Staff thankfully, upgraded my Suit at time of arrival.

They need to work to improve the process of Airport Transfer.

I lik the overall decoration of the hotel. luxury and classy.

Everything was fabulous ! Throughly enjoyed my stay here. from the breakfast to the spa to the fact my favourite restaurant Zuma was inside the hotel 😍

The room was fantastic, large, comfortable and well equipped. The choice of restaurants in the hotel was good and we found Viu to be very good value for money. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice of cuisines. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. There's even happy hour in the bar each evening! The hotel is also well placed for the metro, with a covered walkway to the station over the road. The pool was excellent with plenty of free water.

I can't think of one thing that could have been better other than making the stay free ;-)

I like how butler serve private meal morning and dine for me.

condition without breakfast kind of confused, i think better add straight forward just like "Not include breakfast", however other things are fine for me.

Great location with own access to BTS directly from hotel. 1 stop to „Siam“ from where you can change to the other line and six stops to Taksin, from where you can take all ferries and boats. Staff overwhelming friendly, polite and helpful. Roomservice was serving good food. We were really enjoying our stay and will definitely come back.

Bottles of beer in minibar were replaced after first day always by cans of Heineken. That was the worst I could complain about.

Room is comfy and nice. Great views and quiet. Breakfast as it is not buffer style and the selection is limited. but great that my breakfast is complimented by St Regis. Many Thanks on it and appreciated.

No facilities available on the period i stayed due to Covid restriction.

Hotel really confusing. Very old apartment. The price is really high for the hotel. It’s not a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is very crowded and messy. Poor variety. Pool very loud and dark place. By paying this price you can stay for example at Sindhorn Kempinski, there is much much better.

Staff are nice & helpful.

The extra bed is not comfortable so my son don’t sleep then.

Apart from location and clean rooms which all five star offer , I give them 0 on facility management .

Had a near Fatal fall due to a broken step and not one staff member there to help or call for a doctor nor did the managers of the Hotel bother to meet with me .

The location is very convintent for my puropse of this trip as i have to attend a wedding at next door's hotel. The pool is nice. The bar drinks is good. All the staff are smiling.

What is the most disappointing experience for this stay was, the services promoted was not delievered. The hotel promoted a butler service and free pressing service within 2 hours. I came to bangkok to attend a wedding and when i arrived i need my clothes to be pressed for the occasion. This was communicated at least 2 days prior to our arrival. But when we arrived no body seems to know what is going on and when we passed the items to them to press they returned (after 4 hours and we had to chase them for the items) with literially untouched, the fold and creases are still there. When we ask them to redo it, they said their laundry person had left and needed to wait until next morning. I finally got my clothes back with proper pressing 5 mins before i had to leave to attend a wedding. This is not what i was expecting from a 5 star hotel.
