Beautiful entrance and lobby. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. They are now doing some renovation work, I was a bit worried there might be some noise but it wasn't an issue at all.

The room is a bit small. The a/c doesn't work when you go out, which seems reasonable to save energy, but when you get back it's quite warm and uncomfortable

The architecture, location and layout of the hotel make it a fantastic, peaceful enclave in the middle of a large city.Phenomenal, rich and varied breakfast. Very convenient location at Sathorn Road.

Very friendly staff; beautiful hotel; good location; quiet room; good bed

Cleaning of the rooms was day dependent, sometimes we got fruit sometimes not, sometimes things were left uncleaned. Machinery in another room in the hallway across room 410 made a lot of noise. Restaurant was expensive looking at price-quality.

Excellent hotel. We stay here at least a few nights on every visit to Bangkok. The rooms and bathroom are really nice. The breakfast and food is amazing. The pool is nice and warm and other facilities are great too. The staff are always really nice. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! So much space and tranquility in the middle of Bangkok. The pool and the gym are great too. Everything is perfect. Can't wait to come back!

The loveliest hotel I've ever stayed in! The pool is fantastic and was very quiet in the mornings, which I really enjoyed. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly.

Nothing to dislike

Amazing staff and facilities. The breakfast is outstanding, and the overall attention to detail was incredible. Felt like a real place of calm luxury in the busy city.

The kindness of all the people in particular: Eve, Boy, Big, Christ, Palang. The accuracy of the details, the F&B quality, the peaceful place, the renovated swimming pool.

It is a very nice design of the common areas. It is quite and have very nice interior design of the suite we stay at. Functional, roomy and comfortable. Food, especially the breakfast is excellent. We come back again and again!

That the bakery / coffee shop was closed for renovations.

Service was exceptional - all staff from club lounge to doormen and poolside were top notch. Rooms very spacious and comfortable, well maintain, bathrobes provided super fluffy. Appreciate that the place doesnt house tour groups etc and seems to attract more mature discerning guests, which helps the hotel maintain a very quiet luxury feel.

Honestly nothing to fault. But if had to specify an area for feedback, perhaps the food variety can reduce but quality slightly improve to align with the top notch service?

This is a destination hotel to go out of your way to visit. The design, manicured grounds , interior design is utterly exquisite. The staff are so eloquent, graceful and efficient. Our room was state of the art, touch screen controls and even a heated toilet seat!! I love the new gym. The best gym in any hotel I’ve stayed at!!! I love the fact you can book a stylish Mercedes to pick you up from the airport. The Celadon restaurant surrounded by giant Amazonica water lilies is divine. Iam so excited to revisit in April as they are building a ground breaking new spa that will be one of the finest in Banglok. I had always wanted to stay here and finally I did. But some unacceptable safety problems for a 5 star hotel The tiles around the beautiful swimming pool are very slippery when whet and we and other customers had important accidents and injuries The multiple sliding doors in glass are so clean the older but mainly younger guest run in them without noticing there is a door

Absolutely everything. They have made an oasis in the heart of Bangkok and you feel transported away of the hustle and bustle of the city to a green paradise We were upgraded to a suite and were able to check in very early (9 am) complimentary which was very nice. The pool and fitness studio are top notch as is the food , we took advantage of in room dining throughout the stay and everything was delicious.

Maybe the closing of the windows could be better as we could hear far away but hear some cars on the street. Also the new electronic system on the TVs at the room made it a little bit tricky to turn it off and we requested some help from the staff 😅

Location and staff - breakfast amazing. Gym is incredible.

We have been staying here for 20 years. It is one of our favourite places anywhere. The rooms desperately need that renovation.
