How attentative staff were to our needs. The location was perfect too.

The room we had was pretty small, given i paid £312 a night i would have expected the room to be some what bigger but apart from that I couldn't say anything bad about my experience at Majestic Hotel and Spa. I will recommend this hotel to those who are looking to travel to barcelona.

Location superb ... great area ... beautiful facilities including rooftop restaurant/bar, ground level bar with live pianist evenings, sps and pool.

Our room (the lowest price) was small, oddly shaped and with a forgettable view ... you need to spend more money to get a nice room.

Landmark hotel at one of the best locations in Barcelona. The are very few hotels in the world where we stayed as good as at the Majestic. The hotel employees knew us by our names, and extended all courtesy at any interaction.

The location, the room, the food. Everything was excellent especially the staff. They were so welcoming and helpful. Always smiling. A big shout out to Bryam, Richard and Sophie. Thank you for making my stay so special. I had an amazing time and will definitely stay at the Majestic whenever I come to Barcelona. The porters were great too. It’s a really comfortable hotel. The best hotel I have ever stayed in.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Location is super, we were in the middle of everything in Barcelona. We came in early and had little hope to get in a room. Sophia came to our rescue and placed us in a room. She is a god send. Super attitude and a true problem solver.

Maintenance is poor. Our security box batteries were dead and telephones were down. For such a beautiful hotel, the details were sometimes overlooked.

The apartments are actually incredible, fully equipped and confortable. The location is good, you can go walking to almost every touristic place in Barcelona.

Maybe the price is kind of high because of the exclusive location. It's not that it doesn't worth it, considering how great the rooms are, but maybe there are some similar options for less in some other locations also in the city centre.
