Best staff I’ve had since travelling for three months, clean, location, comfy bed all excellent

The staff were so friendly and helpful, room was warm which was very good since it was so cold outside, organized activities every evening so great opportunity to socialize, they had a mixed and an all female bathroom which was convenient, Aldi about 5 mins from the hostel

Sometimes the bathroom / toilet wasn’t very clean

Very neat and simple hostel near metro. Safe area with nearby bars and restaurants. Had drinking games at night with lots of new travellers. Sheets were provided. Privacy was available for the dorm. Lockers were great.

If you go to Berlin, stay at East Seven Hostel because it is a very friendly, clean and comfortable place. The location of the hostel is very good. Central places of Berlin can be reached by walking. I hope to come to Berlin again and stay here again :)

Very nice people working there and I felt very welcomed :) it was very clean and all, so i can only recommend it!

Nothing, it was wonderful.

Care and kindness of the staff, free cereals, milk and coffee available during breakfast times, accurate cleaning, very functional bathrooms and toilets available on multiple floors, lovely common/private areas and a safe/handy location.

The only element lacking is an elevator in the event of carrying heavy pieces of luggage, but the hostel makes guests aware of this before booking.

The environment was always super clean and the area was spacious, full with sooo much recreational places such as the outdoor relaxing area and fun/game room…

A great hostel located in the north-eastern part of Berlin that has very much surprised me with the hospitality and friendliness of the staff as well as other guests. Events are organized daily to help you to get to know everyone and enjoy your stay.

The whole hostel was really clean and the staff friendly. It was easy to reach from the train station and the surrounding area had a lot of lovely restaurants to offer. For the price I paid, I was pleasantly surprised by this hostel!

There was one bathroom, the one closest to my room, where the showers didn't have a lock or a small, lockable space before the wet room to change without anyone seeing. I saw that other bathrooms did have this, but not the one I mainly used. Might be worth adding a partition wall.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hostel was very clean with multiple common areas to socialise with others. The toilets were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and room was nice.

That hostel was just perfect. I felt a was at home, sharing a room with people from so different backgrounds and open-minded. They have a nice kitchen. Three areas for chilling. Plus the kitchen and reception that are also a good place to meet. The room I was is huge and had two chair that is something basic but rare in hostels and very useful if you are in a bunk bed. Heating was also good! No cold here!

Really close to Senefelderplatz subway station and Alexanderplatz. The staff is incredible, nice and helpful. If you want any tips for ANY TYPE of thing that you came to Berlin for, they are your guys: restaurant recomendations, museums, last minute plans, laundry, parties/bars/discos, everything really. On site, you have a lot of spots to relax (and/or meet the other guests), watch tv or engage in their daily game nights of various types. They provide you a free and simple breakfast - very much appreciated by us - of cereal, milk and coffee (with some vegan options) and they have a machine for you to fill your water bottles for free, as well as free wifi and room heating. In the shared bathrooms, they have blowdryers, and complimentary hair and body gel for our showers (although sometimes, there was no bodygel, because of the amount of people using the shower, so don't take it from granted) All in all, it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE, as we want - and will - come again.

The bedroom doors NEED to be more well maintained as some of them squeak too much. In my opinion I think the beds need an extra pair of pillows for each person, since they are TOO thin, as well as the mattress.

The hostel promoted great social activities. Great for solo travelers. The staff was great. The bathrooms were great.

The subway station near the hostel was closed in one of the directions. No elevators.

I love the staff! They were so nice and thought full. So clean, many bathrooms, they do a lot of events during the week, movies, drink games, dinner, I loved my staying there

What’s not to like? They are AMAZING

They have social activities every night and when I visited they actually gave everyone mulled wine on the house, the common area is really cozy and it's easy to get to know people. Everything was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood feels safe.

Great experience. I was looking for a clean and comfortable place. The hostel met all my expectations, even more.

The hostel was fantastic. I enjoyed everything, from communication through Booking to my departure. They responded to me very quickly. Upon arrival, it felt like they were expecting me. The staff is very cool and friendly, which helped ease any formal tension. I stayed in a room with three other people. The room was clean, minimalistic, and spacious. There is a standard USB socket and an iPhone socket right above each bed. The mattress was on the firmer side, which personally suited me. The shared showers and toilets were clean, and I never encountered a queue for the shower. The hostel offers many evening activities. As an introvert, I gradually got involved in the hostel community over a short period. I met various wonderful people. The location is very convenient; even if you're not familiar with the city's transportation system, you can easily walk to the hostel in 30 minutes, where they will explain and guide you without any issues.

Perhaps the only drawback was the absence of power outlets near the bed. I had to charge my computer either in another part of the room or go downstairs with my belongings.

The staff was amazing. Place is in a good location and very cozy! Loved my stay here. If you are in Berlin, definitely come here, you will have a great time and meet a lot of nice people!
