Very centrally located. Near to a bus tour stop which enabled us to visit the city easily. The bar and dining room were very classy and staff were all helpful and accommodating

We liked everything about the hotel.

Great hotel. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. We thought the tea and coffee set in the room was a very nice touch.

Elevator is slow:/ just kidding.. none.

Perfectly placed to explore. Rooms were compact but of a high standard.

Gym was closed, no real milk in rooms for coffee and tea. Breakfast a bit punchy at £30!

The rooms were beautiful, the building and interior was amazing, breakfast was great every day, the sauna and steam room area was really good too. We loved everything about it!!

Sloppy, unprofessional, ridiculously long check in process; over-crowded reception desk (6-8 helpless employees couldn't maintain ~3 guests in line; and last: if gust shows up on -11:00, I'd expect a room ready for him before 15:00.

Gym was out of order. Cocktails in the bar a bit expensive. A/c in bedroom not working. Had to sleep with window. Open just to cool it down a bit.

Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of selections. The room was very comfortable and had very good and user-friendly heating controls.

The Shower door was broken and since I stayed only one night, it was hard to get it fixed.

Decor, breakfast was excellent -lots to choose from . Beds were so comfortable . Staff were helpful and efficient .

Room was very warm even with a/c at 15 degrees . I like a cool room so found it a bit stuffy

Restaurant billing practice was questionable, not allowed to review bill. Had to ask for receipt for expenses. Sauces we didn't order added to bill. Auto Grat not advertised anywhere.

Warm, no noise

Excellent location. Basically all the tourist attractions are walking distance within 1 km radius from the hotel. The lobby is another level of artistry and style. The rooms were perfectly designed and the shower is amazing; it’s great!! We had breakfast included in our stay and it is seriously a 7 star quality buffet with anything that you could imagine to find in a menu. We couldn’t even try everything on the menu over 4 nights-stay! The staff are super friendly and helpful. They provided us with everything we asked for. Will definitely come back again when we visit Berlin next.

If only there was a bath in the bathroom but still it was great.
