Harbor Hotel, Boston

Room was nice, my kids enjoyed it. What made this room not 100% for me was the fact that the iPad in the room did not work. Also the tv was not working or connecting with the streaming apps. This is a problem when traveling with tired children. The iPad issue was addressed after speaking with a staff member that delivered dinner to our room and sadly the tv never worked. Minor, but frustrating for the price and explaination to my children.

Beautiful location close to many convenient stores. Harbor view is beautiful. Staff extremely friendly. Room service was very quick!

Only thing was the bathroom was a little tight and I prefer a bathroom with a tub.

Overly expensive and the hotel needs a facelift. I’m really tired of 60.00 valet parking and and 30% if the bill added for taxes and fees

the Boston Harbor Hotel was amazing and will definitely stay there again next time I visit Boston the property was beautiful and well maintained and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Boston to stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. the staff and everyone working there was accommodating and very friendly.

The hotel is ideally suited on the waterfront for great views of the harbour. The room had an excellent view and was of good size and very clean. Its position means that many of the city's attractions are within walking distance.

Everything was so good it is hard to find any fault but one thing in the USA is that breakfast is based around eggs and I don' eat eggs!

We spent our wedding night at the hotel 33 years ago and returned for our anniversary. They upgraded our room to a large suite with a balcony overlooking the harbor. This was such an unexpected treat for us! They were responsive, warm, and welcoming in every possible way. A wonderful time!

Nothing really. They were very responsive when a piece of equipment was not working in our room and the staff came and fixed it right away. Great service.

1.) Every single detail of this hotel is well planned, well programmed. I booked a normal room and what I got (without any upgrade) is almost a suite, with a separate living room. The view was not on the sea (I booked the simplest room category) but I really liked it: full view on the crowded skyscrapers of the financial district. 2.) Amazing quality of the soap and shower gel, among the best I ever got in a hotel. 3.) The restaurant Grill at the ground floor serves absolutely incredible dishes. simple, without any complicated sauce or construction, but fresh and genuine products are used for surprising every guest. 4.) The staff is extremely well trained and gentle 5.) I adore this hotel and I cannot wait to come. crack

The hotel staff was excellent. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of our room and how housekeeping reset our room during our stay.

How much better would a waterfront room be if windows in rooms could be opened?

From the moment that my wife and I arrived we were cordially greeted. Staff was very proactive with suggestions that would enhance our experiences. The staff was most courteous and professional. We were treated very well and our room had a tremendous view of Boston Harbor. All amenities were perfect!

The staff were helpful and friendly and assisted us greatly with all our needs and requests. The breakfast room service was prompt and delicious and cleaning service excellent. The concierge helped us with a very last minute request for flowers for our small wedding event. He was extremely nice and accommodating. Loved the rooms and view. It was a beautiful setting by the harbor.
