Fabulous
Breakfast was very good, the room was cosy and clean.
The TV connectivity was not working to cast the phone's screen for instance (without having to connect to the TV's wifi which doesn't allow to be connected to internet.

great breakfast, room was small but comfortable and had everything needed, staff were always friendly - water filter available near reception which was handy
the area outside of the hotel is nothing special - quite dirty. Could have just been the day i was there (obviously at no fault of the hotel). felt like i needed to move quickly through the area.

Exceptional
I loved every detail of the hotel. A super cozy room, in a convenient distance from the tram and metro station. It's got lovely staff and It was really like they thought and put together every detail to make it perfect. The moment you enter the hotel a very pleasant fragrance welcomes you and this was a very good first impression for us. The room was spotless and a great breakfast with delicious options were available on the buffet.

Very comfortable and welcoming
I liked that it was close to public transportation. It was very cost with a refined decoration. The bathroom products were of high quality, and the breakfast was excellent.

Great location, comfortable stay and nice for families
The rooms were comfortable and clean. This place felt like a home instead of a hotel. The staff were super friendly with great suggestions for nearby restaurants. They had water for your room as well as coffee and tea available anytime. The lobby felt like a living room and was a great gathering spot.

Exceptional
Very comfortable room, cleaned daily. Staff excellent, very helpfull and always smiling. Very close to a tram stop and not too far from Louise metro station (12 to 15 min walk) and shops. My room was on the fourth floor, facing the garden, very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely book again on my next trip to Brussels.

Lovely location but a little pricey.
Location is fantastic - a lovely quiet neighbourhood but not too far from the centre. Also free sparkling water was chocolates at reception were great!
