No free water, no slippers for cold floor, swimming pool was not warm enough

Great facilities, clean rooms and lovely restaurant down below!

Small room but can get by for a short trip. We didn’t realise but the hotel isn’t in a central location which made commuting a bit longer.

The facilities of room and hotel were good. we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location- really liked the St Gilles neighbourhood. Well connected with public transport- nearby tram will take you to midi, tram or walk to Louise for the underground. the room was cute. Bed comfortable. The standard of cleaning was high. Staff helpful. Enjoyed the heated pool.

Sound insulation between rooms is poor- could hear the people in the rooms to the sides and above me often. the utility piping that runs through each room constantly made noises. Noise from the bar on the 7th floor could be heard pretty late most nights. I had earplugs so it was fine but maybe something to consider if you’re looking for somewhere more peaceful. It would have been cool if the room had had a mini fridge and a few more plug sockets. The central heating was often on, which occasionally made the room a bit stuffy. There was an aircon unit but it didn’t seem to do much. At least I was able to open the windows though.

Room was facing the street and was noisy due to the tram, they have a huge pot of sound blockers at the reception but is no pleasant to sleep with these. Other than that, all was perf, will definitely recommend.

I enjoyed the well-lit and spacious rooms with large windows, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The convenience of having a restaurant on the first floor and a rooftop bar added to the overall positive experience, complemented by the friendly and attentive staff.

The only downside was the elevator experience, which was either slow or inconvenient, impacting the overall ease of movement within the hotel.

The lady on the desk when we arrived was super friendly and helpful, let us check in early, even though that was not our intention, just trying to find out about parking and gave the kids some sweets. We stayed in room 209. The kids loved the top bunk, it became their little den. The drain smell from the bathroom was strong but its not something we complained about, just got on with and got used to! The whole building is super modern and funky. The location was great, we pretty much walked everywhere (we did hit 28k steps one day though) but there is a tram stop right outside. We loved it, would stay again!!!!

The architecture of the building! And the atmosphere that goes with it. Very pleasant. The familyroom, we took the luxery of using that room with the two of us, was really nice, big enough for us. And the cosy built in beds.... Window open for some fresh air. Bathroom on point, rather big. Car parking! Neighbourhood, St Gilles was great. All the Art Nouveau houses! Also a kind warm area. And close to the centre. We walked everything for 3 days.

There was only one double bed entirely clean. My daughter and I wanted to sleep in 2 different beds, aspecially while I cought a cold. The other 2 double beds where nog clean. The sheets were dirty, We asked for new sheets, so we could make the bed ourselves, than we got a not fitting cover.... The shower didn't have a thermostatic tap. All together not easy to get what you want: a clean bed, not an extraordinary which for a Hotel. We tried one morning the breakfast: the breakfastroom was cold and not cosy. The breakfast soso.

Centrally located - easy walking distance to old town. Clean, modern hotel, great restaurant on site. Friendly staff.

Very limited parking that must be reserved in advance. Street parking was difficult to find.

Lovely property, great staff very helpful. Only had two nights would have liked more. Air conditioning not working so a little stuffy at times but otherwise very pleasant stay!

The walls are paper thin so you do hear neighbours especially when they are having a fight late at night!

This hotel gives you a very retro feeling,rooms are very small,if you are looking for a different hotel experience then you should go for it,very helpful and courteous staff.decent breakfast.tram stop located next to the hotel,just Mike away from grand place.

great location with a beautiful restaurant, rooftop bar with stunning views over Brussels and good beer and wine . there was an open air pool but we didn’t get a chance to use it but it looked nice .

The property was very retro! The staff were absolutely lovely and the hotel was clean. The hotel is pretty close to the centre. The views from the rooftop bar were beautiful and the pool was warm even on cool evenings.

The only think I didn’t like was the pillows. I know it’s only minor but the pillows were very hard and the pillows on the bunk bed had very rough and scratchy pillow cases on them that were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Apart from the pillows however, I have no complaints at All! Will definitely consider this hotel if I return to Brussels again.

Generally a good experience.

The window to our room was faulty and did not close properly. Lucky it was not winter, but this king of things need to be addressed as quick as possible. The parking bay was alocated was ocupied when we arrived. Luckily tehre were empty spaces, but still, not a good approach.

Funky little place in heart of Brussells that is very different in a sort of steam punk way. Breakfast was awesome.
