Beautiful, new, clean room. High ceiling. Lovely decorated with Tin Tin posters. Nice bedding and towels. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

Insufficient lounge area to enjoy. Only one restaurant with very limited menu. The Terrace restaurant right on the busy street.

The location and the staff were world class. The facility and room were also very nice.

the location is the best in the Brussels. The room is big enough to the hotel in such central. the breakfast is not buffet but need to order. Driving by car was not a problem at all

Reception services and porter services are a class of itself. Restaurant is of high quality.

I have been multiple time in your hotel over the last couple of quarters but was not able to book a room at my last demand.

first of all we loved the location.a few meters from the main square and from all the restaurants and coffee. secondly , the staff.all of them were so very nice smiling and helpful,starting with the reception ,concierge,dinning room and valley. our room was nice and comfortable,with enough space for everything . breakfast was nice overall.

Great amenities, comfortable bed, heated bathroom floor, fantastic location just behind the Grand Place, staff were very hospitable and helpful, great breakfast. Would definitely return!

Friendly staff and excellent service, valet parking available and makes life easy in the city centre of Brussels. We enjoyed our night cap drinks at the bar with great suggestions form the bartender.

Little ones really catered to - a little squirrel teddy in a comfy cot in our room! Also some bath gel for kids. Delicious breakfast! A lovely buffet and hot options to order also. My 18 month old daughter was given a coloring book and pencils to play with while we all ate!

The service at check in and with the concierge were excellent. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was great. The location was great. We loved it that they gave us a birthday cake in our room at check in as it was a really special birthday. We really liked the live music in the bar on the friday night. We really appreciated the restaurant recommendations, in advance and also whilst there. We liked it that the hotel arranged our guided walking tour (which was great) and also booked in all of our restaurants. We loved Claudio's service when we had our breakfast, it was really busy but he didn't make us feel at all rushed and took the time to chat to us and ensure we had everything we needed.

The restaurant was hit and miss. Our food took a while to come, it was a friday night but the restaurant was not full. Our drinks order took a while to be taken. The pasta main meal was not warm and so was sent back and taken off of our bill. We ordered cheese and biscuits as a replacement and waited a very long time. When we said we would like to cancel the order if they did not arrive within the next five minutes they then appeared very quickly. There was a bit of a que at breakfast on the day we checked out. We were encouraged to collect some food from the buffet and eat in the bar area, which was very far away. This did not work for us so we waited instead. The breakfast selection was very nice.
