Zoom Hotel, Brussels

The loaction seems in a safe area (many brand shops around the hotel) and reasonably near the Grand Palace (in about 20min walking distance). The room was very spacious and the A/C was working properly so that my stay was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thigg I did not like is that I found some dusts on top of the coffee machine in the room. Nevertheless it worked and I enjoyed tasty coffee.

We booked 2 double rooms, both of them are excellent and big! beds are compy and superb! We could rest very well after lots of walk and sightseeing. Quite yet easy to reach tram station or Luise station. Somehow there are some magic in the water that after washing hands or shower the skins are still feeling like just applied with lotion...

Lighting is a bit dark but relaxing.

Staff very friendly. Nice breakfast.

The hotel was cosy. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The location was excellent.

Everything was excellent—the room, the location, the staff who were so friendly and responded to our every need. We really liked the area, away from the tourist crowds but still very central and well connected with great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would happily stay there again when in Brussels.

Room was big, spacious with everything you need. But ventilation in the room was not great. Location is great. You can walk to most of the attractions or take public transport. Also there was a parking space managed by third party which I used and was happy with that. We managed our own breakfast. There was a store in front of the Hotel where you can get your daily needs.

Ventilation in the room could be improved. It may not be applicable to all the rooms.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The area in the lobby was relaxed & much more quiet than we anticipated it would be. The location was great too for us to get around Brussels.

Receptionist had not been informed by manager that I'd asked for a quiet room (after serious problems with noise during my previous stay) Room was very hot when I arrived - it would have been great to close the curtains and window to keep the heat out.

Stairs of the hotel are old and steps are not even, easy to stumble

The hotel itself, the rooms and facilities were good.

Room was very hot. AC controls are at reception which is strange. The lift also made strange sounds which was not comforting.

The pillows were too thick and hard, not comfortable. I found a dirty towel in the room from the previous guests (I guess). I asked at reception to borrow an umbrella and they said that they only sell them but do not lend them - first time that I get this answer in a hotel.

The lift that was not working on the day of arrival and on the day of leaving wouldn’t open on ground zero.

Very well connected by public transport, 15 minutes away from Bruxelles Central and 5 minutes walking distance from Stéphanie. QUIET, I had a pleasant and tranquil good night sleep. The room was bigger than I expected, there is a safe, water and instant coffee at disposal. The bar downstairs seemed lively but I didn’t try it.

Amazing location, walking distance to all the attractions and tram station is behind the corner. Hotel itself is located on a quiet street, although 3 minute walk from bars and restaurants. Front desk staff was mostly friendly and everybody spoke English. We were travelling with a small child and naturally we had some requests, which were met by the staff fully.

I am not sure if were unlucky with the room, but it was not a 4 star room. There were holes in walls, the whole floor was squeaking loudly (under each step, not just in some areas), shower was very old, although worked fine. Worst part was that the room was cleaned very poorly: there was no toilet brush and toilet was not cleaned for 3-4 days in a row, bed sheets were just flipped around and not replaced.
