Exclusive
Premium quality hotel for a premium price. Abundant breakfast with bacon and eggs, coffee and fresh bakery products. Nespresso machine in the room for instant wake up. Excellent cleanliness, professional staff - what you normally expect in this price range.
Nothing negative in particular, just an odd experience: None of the staff speaks hungarian, probably the price range and location expects only foreigners. Not an issue for me, but can be unconfortable for some.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was good lots of choice. Loved the free coffee touch in the lobby. Rooms were big comfortable and clean.

Very good
Staff very friendly. Great location within walking distance of lots of tourist attractions / sights. The room was clean and comfortable and had good amenities. The price was right for the quality of hotel maybe it would be classed as 3 star in UK but I was satisfied and would stay again.
Nothing of note. Coffee machine in breakfast room didn’t seem to want to make a cappuccino but it wasn’t a big deal. I just left it and got juice instead.

The perfect hotel
The hotel is stunning. Excellent location. The room and bathroom were very clean and a brilliant size, very comfy beds also! Free tea, coffee, water and juice 24/7 in the lounge area of the lobby - excellent little perk after a day walking the city. Staff were very polite, helpful and gracious. Would go back tomorrow.

Great place to stay to explore Budapest.
Quiet neighborhood near to the city. Great for walking to all the tourist sights. Friendly helpful staff and very good breakfast. Restaurant across the street is excellent.

A very nice hotel that I will most likely use again.
The staff was exceptional! Joi, Alejandro(?.), Peter, Isis, Alona, Andor(?) were all very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location central to most of the city (Pest).
Room was a bit small for two adults. No 'lip' on the shower made for a wet / slippery bathroom floor. As of late August '23, the lobby bar had not yet opened,

Wonderful stay
Location was great! Not a long walk from many of the main sites. Staff was very polite. Room was very upscale and comfortable. I enjoyed the lounge area too with the coffee and water.

Very enjoyable and would definitely recommend.
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Really liked the provision of complimentary tea/ coffee and water in the lobby area. Spacious bedroom with nice view out to the front. Breakfast room was lovely.
The only small thing would be the shower in the bath. It wasn’t a problem for us but for an older person it could be quite tricky stepping out of the bath as it was so close to the toilet.

No bar. Just a note on the bar saying ‘not open today due to technical problem’ . The note was there for the whole week.
