Toilet without ventilation

The room and the whole hotel is beautifully designed and the location is perfect. We also liked the size of the hotel, it was cosy.

We would welcome more storage space (some shelves) in the room. At breakfast we were missing some fruit and vegetables and some variety of foods. Instead of two croissants, butter and jam, we could order something else from the menu. Three fried eggs came without anything - no garnish, no herbs, no bread, not speaking about butter. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room but the capsules were charged by one euro each. That was a surprise. We had never come across this anywhere else.

Pest-Buda is certainly a beatiful hotel in great place near the main tourist atractions. The breakfast was nice, but I wouldn´t be able to eat croissants more than three days in a row. Every room has L´Occitane toileteries whis is very pleasant.

Main problem of our trip was that our room did not have any windows and the bathroom was not divided from the bedroom. I have to admit we were informed in advance about it, so I just don´t recomend to take a room without windows.

Beautiful boutique style hotel, modern on the inside and traditional on the outside. Location superb and staff very friendly. Also, a very comfy bed.

Location was amazing, right next to the church. It was clean and with a nice designed room.

Everything is really nice, personel is amazing and helpful. Rooms are clean and we got everything we needed. Food and drinks in restaurant are tasty and we ate there 3x, tried whole menu. Continental breakfast, freshly baked croissants and we ordered from every possible breakfast menu, really really good :)

We really liked the style of the hotel and the location was very nice! The staff is very attentive and helpful!

Didn't really like having the bathroom without any separation in the room but that's just personal preference really. It would have been nice to have more variety for breakfast.

Absolutely everything was perfect about this hotel. We stayed in the Atelier Suite (room 32), and would highly recommend to anyone. Beautifully decorated, and every detail considered. We cannot wait to visit again!

I would just warn that there are lots of stairs, so be ready for some exercise!

Great location and very Boutique and personal. Great room just sadly overlooked by some construction so had to keep the blind closed. (I understand this couldn't be helped)

The breakfast we had pre paid via booking.com turned out to just be two Croissants with a bit of jam. Feel booking.com took far too money for what we got where breakfast was concerned.

Lovely clean facilities that was well furnished. Great staff that were helpful and attentive. Excellent location in the castle area. very much enjoyed our stay.

Very beautiful and comfort rooms in the historical center of Budapest. Design is great! Also restaurant is great!

absolutely unique hotel, beautifully designed in the heart of Buda, the hotel was very small and had a lovely intimate feel. the l’occitane products were a nice touch.

mini bar prices too expensive to even consider using, the frenchie breakfast although very tasty was quite limited for the cost.

The staff and service received during our stay was 5 star!!! The decor of the whole hotel was of a very high standard.Everything matched and was beautifully presented and kept clean.

The whole building was astonishing as well as the room we occupied. We also enjoyed the frenchie breakfast, that was enough for the both of us. Also, thank you to the lovely staff that made our wedding day as smooth as possible.

Boutique hotel in the heart of the gorgeous castle district in Budapest on the Buda side. Fabulously designed and furnished with the perfect mix of old and new. Loved the Frenchy breakfasts and our dinner onsite. Savored both outside due to great fall weather. Staff was engaging and rooms clean.

Would love a window that opens in the room to allow fresh air to enter. However it’s not unusual in hotels for windows to remain shut

awesome spot - great location and helpful staff. it was very easy to self check in after hours. we stayed in one of the economy rooms without windows and it was great - still felt spacious and comfy. we also tried the bistro and it was delicious. i would definitely stay again!

The French type breakfast - although it's a boutique hotel, they could provide a richer breakfast - they only have croissants, butter, apple juice and a coffee (no continental type breakfast) - insufficient if you want to visit and need some energy in the morning! A little bit to pricy for this value! Not a minus but still: 20 euros/day/car - public parking nearby

It was a heatwave when we were staying but the air conditioning system was a bit underpowered, however given the ceilings were so high and beautiful it seems churlish to mention it.

Really nice hotel in a beautiful location. Stuff is really nice, rooms clean and comfortable (bed is hard). Overall we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back. It’s a bit far from “hip” Budapest and you need to take a bus (goes every 5 minutes) but it’s just around the corner from the best view of Budapest.
