Front desk woman upon our arrival was rude. Didnt believe us that we had a 2 bed confirmation and when ee supplied a proof she didnt apologize. Disappointing.

Comfortable hotel with great staff but dark rooms
Staff was wonderful - accommodating and attentive, the hotel is cozy and well-located and we enjoyed the upstairs restaurant. Easy access to the subway and in a really walkable area.
The rooms are really dark! it was hard to get ready for an event because we could hardly see ourselves in the vanity mirror. A lit mirror would be a huge help. also, the room always felt stuffy, ventilation wasn’t great

We loved the location and the size of our room. The entire staff was very helpful.
The two nights we were there, the restaurant was closed and the rooftop restaurant/bar was closed.
We were also missing washcloths and bathroom mats. They were quick to bring them to us though.

amazing hotel with everything you could want for a great break away
loved the hotel, the room was so spacious, the shower was amazing, the location was perfect, the bar is super funky with a really tasty menu, added to this the rooftop cinema, this hotel is excellent!

stylish, hip, comfortable hotel in an attractive area
we enjoyed the stylish accommodations. the well appointed room. the coffee bar and the cocktail bar were awesome as was taking in happy hour on the outdoor patio.
the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but the sheets were nice.

choose your room wisely
modern clean and well appointed
they “upgraded” my room and put me in a room right above the hotel entrance. I couldn’t fall asleep until 2am due to the noise level of people hanging out outside! very disruptive as I had to get up at 6am the next morning for a long drive.

Excellent location for bars/restaurants.
Location & room were great. Love the neighborhood.
NO sports bars in the neighborhood to watch a Big 10 football game. Not the hotel's fault, but the staff didn't know that either when I booked. The hotel does have Big 10 Network so we watched in our room. A bit more staff training about local establishments would be great.

Good stay and better staff
The water bottle from minibar and my breakfast at the cafe were taken on the house by the manager and the frontdesk staff. This was extremely kind of them after a horrible night of construction noise behind the hotel.
Construction noise starts at 7 am in the morning which was very disturbing since I had retired quite late

I found my new hotel stay in Chicago!!
The location was amazing. I used to live in Chicago and the Fulton Market area is *booming* now. You're so close to amazing food/drink in Chicago. I was able to meet all my friends in ONE neighborhood - super convenient and safe -- considering all the pre- post-gaming we were doing!
I wish the restaurant was open. It is an amazing space and it would be good to take advantage of it one day.

Fabulous
Excellent service, location, nice modern feel.
I loved the hotel. I was locked out of my room and the staff came with me and opened my room because my key wasn't working. I was sad to leave.
