I have never stopped in a hostel before I had a twin room on suite and it was as good as a hotel I had an issue with the first room, the fan not switching off and immediately we were changed rooms The location was brilliant for the centre and public transport Breakfast was reasonably priced for copenhagen although a bit basic set us up for the day Rooms where warm

The location was convenient, room was modern and nice.

There were no shampoo and shower gels, glasses or cups in the room, and no kettle. 10€ for breakfast is also not worth it, we got corn flakes and sandwiches.

Location is ideal for being very central and close to Nyhavn. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

Bed was average comfort but pillows were bad!

Staff was very ineffective and quite a hassle to deal with, and the doors inside the room (4 in total) made the room quite noisy. Having said this, the place is fantastic and huge -- plenty of open areas on the first floor to socialize and/or work. I'd surely return when in town.

The bed was comfortable. The location is great. There is a supermarket in front of the hostel.

The water in the shower was too hot (it hurt) and the settings did not work

Copenhagen is expensive to the GBP , The hostel was tight on anything to backpackers like a continental breakfast consists of fruit cereal toast or even coffee table. It was evident there a divide by bar part so Been good if had a communal area where can feed ourselves if not gonna be kind

The location was amazing, we didn't use any transport, just walked everywhere. The room was small but comfortable. The environment was good.

The bathroom could be better since the shower didn't have a "different floor", once you shower, the bathroom was flooded. I found a spider web in the bedroom. They charged a little bit more than the price I booked here in Booking.

Overall clean and quiet, the location is very good, quite near the subway stations, the staff was very nice and helpful

When someone was putting buns into the breadbasket during breakfast they dropped some on the floor and put them back into the breadbasket. Delightful.

The rooms were quite good, not the most cleanest room but it was acceptable. especially for the low price.

The breakfast could have been a bit better, I think it lacked some variety of food to choose from.

The location is very good, near metro & other things

They have basically nothing just a bed to sleep, no towels, shampoo, microwave, no electric kettle or other facilities. The sink of our room was blocked. A big no for the families who got kids.

I stayed on the fifth floor and the public area is on the first floor, but noisy sounds can still be heard at night.

Location od the hostel. Basically in the city center. Grocery store is the opposite of the hostel.

There wasn't good drainage in the shower. So it was flooded in a few minutes. Mold on the sheets. The receptionist wasn't very interested in this problem even when we showed the sheets. Only one small night table for 4 people. So there weren't many places to put your stuff.

Very convenient location and surprisingly quiet (especially for a central location and for a hostel). 24/7 reception and bar, nice and helpful staff, comfortable bed.

A little worse for wear (could use some touching up), bad smell in the bathroom at all times (coming from the pipes, I assume). The bathroom floods when you take a shower, they provide a squeegee, but because of the deep gaps between the tiles, the water just sits there, so your feet WILL get all wet.

Location is really good reception is really helpful not much happy about bar personals

Great location, walking distance to Nydhavn and lots of restaurants and bars. Supermarket across the road. Can buy some essentials from reception and you can get a hairdryer from there also. Loved the games in the bar. Great atmosphere and great fun.

I liked the good stuff, they were friendly and helpful.
