Located on 23 Vendersgade in the heart of the city, this hotel offers comfort and room options for visitors and tourists in Copenhagen. The hotel is located in the lively Nansengade district of Copenhagen and is excellently located within several places of interest.

Fabulous
The property was clean, comfortable, and close to a prominent metro stop. The hotel bar was lovely and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The only thing I’d say is that the hotel bar was quite expensive, but for Copenhagen I think that’s normal. Plus the free wine/beer happy hour makes up for it.

The location and vibe of the hotel is so friendly, relaxed and engaging. The know how to create an ambience - Its a gem of a place!
The room are well maintained and clean. I appreciated the the thought - fulness of each staff member I encountered. They were informative and even helped with research on a query I had about a local activity.
I would definitely recommend and I shall be returning soon.

Lovely
It’s such a lovely hotel - even though our room was small it was super comfortable and it had everything we need, including the most comfortable mattress, pillows and blankets- we did sleep like babies. Cozy hour was also a very nice addition, it allowed guests to connect and spend some time in the common area
The only thing I did not like was the fact that there was mold in the shower

The hotel is located in the center, very close to the metro, from the airport you can reach the hotel directly by metro, it is a quiet area and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and between 17:00-18:00 is cozy hour with a free drink of your choice. :)

The overall ambiance was very cozy, the staff was very friendly and helpful
It is quite a walk to the main attractions of Copenhagen, 25min walk but there is a metro stop 5min away.

Good location, Decent experience.
I loved the hotel location, it's close to everything with lots of restaurants and marts nearby, The room was decent sized and the bed was also okay. The bathroom was spacious even without the bathtub. The heating was perfect.
The toilet flush was kinda broken and it took literally 5 minutes to flush anything. The toilet was pretty old and rusty as well. The cleaners were all over the place and occupying the elevator all the time, had to wait 10-15 minutes to just reach to my room. Yeah, most importantly, the shampoos and bath gels was weird, very ineffective. I used my own. Also, the bedside lamps were not working. Not that I needed those.

The breakfast was on the rather expensive side but it was amazing. The hotel has a complementary glass of wine in the afternoon in their cozy lobby. All in all top!

A great hotel, would stay again.
A really friendly, centrally located, fun vibe hotel. Efficiently designed rooms, on a small side, but mine had a separate “office/desk area” which I loved. Spotless, white tile bathroom with nice toiletries.
Would be great a bit more of fresh fruit variety at breakfast.
Too bad there was no body lotion in the room.
These are minor complaints though.
