Beautifully renovated charming old house with a lot of love for the detail

This Hotel is a little juwel tucked away in a side street of Northern Nikosia. Very nice reception by Dudu - we felt truly welcome. All Shops and nightlife and the Border in walking distance.

The location, the ruins around is shocking at first.

The property is an old traditional family house converted to a small, boutique hotel. We travelled with a toddler and were booked into a 2 room suite (the pull out couch in the 2nd, connected room was perfect for a toddler). We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful old town. We opted for a breakfast (at extra charge) served at nearby property - definitely recommended!

Very nice hotel in the historical centre of Nicosia.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast. It is 10.min to the center of old Town. Breakfast is served few min away in a hotel. There is inside garden where you can have a drink while kids sleep.

Strange smell, as it has not been ventilated for some time. But is is an old bulding in old part of Nicosia, so you can not just open the window towards the street.

The hotel is very nice. Silence. Tourist information available. The reception is done by the owner and you feel welcome and comfortable. Very clean.

it should be better indicated that this hotel is in the Turkish part of Nicosia and the “inconveniences” (long queue at the border, extra insurance if you arrive with a car, the fact that you can not leave the Turkish part by foot if you came in by car,…). Maybe this is not related to the hotel but you need to know what are you going face if you decide to go the Northern territories, where the hotel is located.

The hostess was always available for us. She even made us some amazing local breakfast which made us really happy! :) it was clean and the hostess was warm :) i would definitely come again.

I really like the place. It's a few minutes away from the historical center and it's really nice. Very professional and friendly staff and rooms decorated tastefully in regional style. I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend!

A good-value small hotel with a very very nice owner and staff.

Extrem friendly stuff, very clean and quit room. The room very small for two people, but if you only come here to sleep, it's more than enougth

The beds are a bit worn

It had been a place with full of conformity and wellness as well as family warmness :))

Its location makes the person feel a little nervous. It is nearby the Girne Gate but most of the around covered the facility are homeless. So be careful not to waste too late to return.

I hardly recommend the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms, patio and reception is really romantic and beautiful. Everything is clean and well-kept. Breakfast are delicious! We spend there wonderful time. Thank You! ❤

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed the courtyard area. It was very safe and close by to lots of great historical buildings.

Very nice boutique hotel in the northern part of Nicosia, our host was very nice and welcomed us immediately. it's a rare gem in the northern part of the city. Big room with all the comforts needed. Definetly reccomended.

The area nearby is not very nice, but not far away from the restaurants and shops. Walking around the city we noticed that it was like that everywhere, so at the end it was a great stay!

The fire alarm in the room was sounding loud every 2 minutes and this for the all night, then at 8am it went so loud for 5 minutes. So it was not possible to sleep and to get a proper rest.
