The restaurant was awesome very good food! I just wish the bar was open later. The front desk was very helpful!

The beds were not very comfy and the lights were very dim but everything else was amazing!

Staff was incredibly helpful, and very welcoming!

Maintenance issues include, peeling wall paper, and lack of hot water.

Nice big rooms with non smoking policy. Downtown and good breakfast as per menu with reasonable money

No car free parking, even non smoking policy on the balcony but when checked in room. But staff was very friendly and did not charge full valet price for two nights and it is big thanks to them. Valet parking cost 36 usd per night.

The bed was very comfortable. And the view was great. The staff was great.

The water took forever to get warm. It never hot hot. And the restaurant could have more food options.

1. There was only one chair in the big room so if you chose to have company. One person would have to sit in the desk chair

No microwave in room

Spacious room, with ok HVAC. Comfortable and nice balcony with view (8th floor). Wanted to try the Italian restaurant, but missed opportunity in two day stay.

Parking could be more accommodated as I don't use Valet service. My room didn't get cleaned even when sign was out....due to new staff still learning their jobs. Could use a kettle in the room. Could set the water temperature higher as shower was maxed out and wasn't as warm as I liked.

Staff was a little stiff, and didn’t come to the front desk to check us in for 10 minutes. I called the number to get them to come, and no one answered. Bathroom tub had hair in it, so that was a little gross.

The vintage feel and polite staff was the highlight for sure.

The room was a little dated and the bathroom was not to expectation for the price.

The view is of a bunch of business buildings. I also wish the bar would have stayed opened past 11pm, but I understand them closing since it was slow.

Good location (near my daughter’s apt and good restaurants and downtown); good restaurant and bar inside; valet parking; pets allowed; friendly staff.

The room was massive, clean and well furnished. The breakfast was not cheap but was plentiful and served with a smile and unlimited coffee.

Hotel was dated and needs some TLC. Homeless walking around made it scary at time to go outside.

Always love staying here. Love the pool up top, great location on Capitol Hill, and pretty clean.

No continental breakfast, which isn’t a big deal at all, they are usually never great anyway.

Was charged a room recovery fee. I would feel better about being charged this fee had an employee at least walked through the unit and determined it was necessary. Also, the restaurant menu was conveniently covering the no smoking sign on the desk.

It was fun and different. Felt like we were staying in the haunted mansion / tower or terror from Disney world.

Parking in the garage was really confusing / directions not very clear how to get in and out of the garage. Thought all the playboy decorations were odd. Other people staying in the hotel were smoking weed so that was kinda frustrating. The pool view was beautiful, just wish the water temp was a little warmer.

Room was at the front of the hotel. We were originally booked in the back but it was suggested it would be quieter at the front as the air conditioner was being repaired.

Hotwater was poor. My husband ran the tap in bathroom for 25 minutes one morning to get hot water. Showers were hot sometimes and others were not.
