Very spacious bedroom with nice view over the city. Top amenities, top service. With a warm and nice beach right in front. A must. They don't have slings and water park like others in Dubai, so it's quite and polite everywhere you go. Breakfast with everything you can have in mind, green juices, especial diet breads, healthy and no so much dishes. All included on a fixed price. Cannot ask for more....

I felt the price of food and drink far too expensive. I mentioned to reception on checkout that I had a bottle of Coca Cola from mini bar in room. I wanted to pay but he said it was on the house. I received an email short time later saying an additional invoice, that was left off, was charged to my card which included the bottle of Coca Cola. Im just letting g you know we did try to pay for it at check out.

The service is amazing, all the staff are very kind and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The breakfast is also great and all the facilities like the gym, spa, pool and beach area are just outstanding.

The noise from the ongoing renovation construction work inside the hotel was really annoying at some points, but the staff were kind enough to offer upgrades and free things to make up for the inconvenience cause by the noise.

My wife and I recently stayed for three nights to break up the long journey home to Australia from England. The Mandarin Oriental Jumeria was a truly wonderful hotel in every respect. Each member of the hotel staff was totally welcoming and clearly focused on making us feel welcome and relaxed. Starting with Ana at reception when we arrived at 4am through to The Bay breakfast waiter Shivam at 6.30 am when we left after three blissful days we were totally spoilt. The hotel room was beautifully appointed with every conceivable fixture and fitting. Valet staff keep the room perfectly maintained at all times although they performed their magic without any disruption to our enjoyment. Finally we must mention the extraordinary quality of service, food and wine available in the Club Lounge on the 5th floor of the hotel. Under the inspired direction of Michellan the staff were simply wonderful. Special thanks to Eon, Aizhan and Troy who looked after us in particular. Talk about a home away from home! Overall the experience at the hotel was absolutely first class.

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast options are out of this world. The staff were great and friendly. They went out of their way to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

There is really nothing that we didn't like. The only comment i could make is the amount of time it took us to check in and thats because we didn't have early check in option and we got to the hotel earlier than our check in time and had to wait three hours to get our room. However, they offer us drinks at their lobby while waiting. Also there was construction happening at the hotel which was noisy and I wish we were notified of the situation.

Very spacious room despite being the entry level. Luxurious marble bathroom Pool area was great, inviting chilled pool water during hot weather is super. Staff was overall good but not all were at same level. Nestu restaurant has good food but not happy with staff receiving or serving (waiter was not helpful and hard to get and rushed the food before drinks been chosen!). Breakfadt at lobby (Noor)was great.

Charging for internet is outrageously outdated policy and expensive (50 dhm for one hour or 60 dhm per 24 hours). That’s reminding me of hotels 10-15 years ago in Europe, Most of hotels in Dubai give you free fast internet. I opted to use my cellular internet instead (although all menues are through scanning codes and via internet!). Construction in the pool area should be mentioned here.
