Some of facilities like the area behind reception and gym lack of bins for cleaning equipment was bit a weird.

Hotel is very clean, staff were super friendly. It was our 3rd stay at this hotel. The service is excellent throughout. All the staff were very helpful, no request is too much. Great facilities at the hotel. The lady who checked us in on day 1 I forgot her name but she was very welcoming to us especially my kids.

If you want a nice beach holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city then the palm is perfect. However during the rush hour it can take around an hour to drive to downtown.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Great for our family stay. Would recommend for younger children. Landed early so arrived at the hotel before check in time but were given a room before ours was ready which was excellent.

Absolutely wonderful place - full of lovely, friendly and professional staff. The hotel and our room was beautiful, large and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool area was fantastic and there was an 'adult only' pool, which we used. The service was exceptional in restaurants and by the pool. Highly recommended and we will be back!

The facilities and staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. Beutiful setting, grounds and pool with beach access. Cant find fault in anything. Free shuttle bus to the Mall of the Emirates. Rom was always spotless, endless supply of water and clean towels

Bar is not very inviting Building site next door never informed about when booking and the road works on the palm added 1 hour to all journeys on and off the palm again nothing said when booking

The hotel staff were lovely. The hotel in general was very nice.

What I did not like was when you book the skyline sea view the rooms that we were given we very old and the noise from the generator was bad. They did move us but we’re making a bit of a fuss about it. They moved me to another room and tried to charge me a higher rate. I did get it resolved. I think some of the rooms at the skyline sea view need revamped to match the standard of the hotel.

Large rooms and spacious bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Food was tasty.

the hotel was so amazing beautiful entrance the smell of fresh flowers in reception. service was 5 star. all staff were so engaging with their guests. big thank you to Lesley and restaurant staff and all poolside staff Harshad, alarm, Taimur, Irfan and Borzo. it really made my sons 21st birthday so memorable.

The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is everything you could ask for in a resort. The room was luxurious, clean and spacious with Dubai skyline views with daily free water bottles and cleaning twice a day. The food in the restaurant Mezzerie was amazing. Every evening you have a different theme buffet so it never gets boring. We have enjoyed using the pool and the beach facilities, all down to your very attentive team looking after us making sure we have a ice bucket with water bottles. Always made up our sun-beds with towels. The service provided by the hotel staff made this a 5-star experience. People who work there are exceptional in their careful attitude and professionalism. Thank you Waldorf Astoria, I would definitely return!
