Great atmosphere in the common areas, comfortable beds although top bunks a little tricky to get into

No control over drunk people going into their rooms with cans of alcoholic drinks (who then proceeded to dumping the cans all around the room and making a mess)

I like the availability of the staff. The environment is siren and it's a very good place to relax.

The pods offered a good sense of security and privacy, being roughly 1x1x2m in size with charging ports, a black-out curtain on one end, a shelf, and a coat hook. The mattress was soft and comfortable. The location was convenient for travel to/from the airport, and for seeing Dublin’s city centre.

The pod did get rather warm over the night because of the lack of ventilation (I ended up propping my curtain open a tiny bit which helped a lot). The linens had some stains on them. The stains has clearly been through a wash cycle though, so the issue was aesthetic rather than sanitary.

The capsule was quite cozy, with lighting, a shelf for small items, and a USB charger. But it was very noisy outside the window and in the neighborhood. So I advise to take earplugs with you.

I liked the pods,. The beds are very comfortable, and the lockers are great. I liked the dining area.

The staff are constantly talking amongst themselves while customers wait. Instead of chatting, they could be cleaning the tables. I sat at a table that someone else had been sitting in, so I moved their plate out of the way. 2 hours later, it was still on the table! Many of your staff walked past it and nobody removed it. Your staff know nothing about Dublin, where anything is, or even how to work the washing machines without using cash. They don't greet guests that are staying there to ask how their day was, where did they go. Recommend places to visit. I understand that they are young but they need to learn customer service. I am also NOT happy with the fact that because of issues with my airline ticket, I could only get to the hostel a week later. I understand you don't have a cancellation policy, but as a show of good faith and customer service, you could have offered me a few meal and drink vouchers. When I left, your staff didn't ask how I enjoyed my stay. In fact they hardly spoke to me. It takes nothing to get to know your guest a bit - what brings you to Dublin, is this your first visit, can I recommend the following tours? The cleaning staff are loud, and all they do is talk amongst themselves at the top of their voices. No, sorry to interrupt, is this a convinient time. Your establishment has a lot going for it, but I think you should possibly look at customer service training with your staff. I fact since your bar staff are reliant on tips, how about going around to the tables to encourage the patron to buy more drinks, mention your food and drink specials

Everything was good, but only one bathroom for a 10 people dorm was really inconvenient

I can open all doors with app. It was very easy and comfortable.

The street from this place to a big needle is a bit dangerous at night.

Whose idea was it to put a toilet inside the dorm room ?? So noisy... Appart from this, it all depends on who shares the dorm with you! On the whole I was lucky, not too noisy beds neighbours :)

The facility is great and the staff extremely nice and friendly. The main café very comfortable, there were lockers and the possibility to leave your luggage.

The breakfast was only meat, potatoes and eggs. Not many fresh products, veggies, salads, spreads or fruits. If you are vegetarian or vegan you are screwed.

I really enjoyed the privacy and how comfy the beds were. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and I had no problems getting situated. Also, the lockers in the room had a lot of space to fit my luggage so that was a huge plus.

The bathroom in the room was a bit messy. Overall, it was a clean space, but the sink counters were always wet and there was nothing to wipe it with. I would have loved a table to put my stuff or clothes instead of on the sink counter.

Reception staff are great, particularly tall male student with glasses on lates who was helpful, a clear communicator and friendly to everyone. Very clean

The sheet was stained, and I mean an orange streak in the middle of the sheet, and the sheet was rough as if its been laindered a lot but the rest if the linen was great. I've never experienced this before at this venue but maybe u've new cleaning staff.. It was great to have the option of using the hot water so free tea/coffee facilities in the food area but new staff don't facilitate that any more. I mean the tea/coffee option or simply hot water where breakfast is served, particularly for females to use and not near all the heavy built men drinking in the lounge area near the front door.

The location of the hostel is good. The food that they serve is good. The staff are friendly, and most of them speaks spanish. The staff sometimes create special game days as well.

Unlike Japanese capsule hotel, the pods/beds/capsule don't have plugs for charging other than 2 USB ports. There are no ventilation as well for each pod. The room in general is a bit warm and stuffy (but not to the point that is unbearable). Travelers with big luggage needs to store in a separate room.
