Me and my friends had an amazing stay at the Berkeley. Everything was great. The customer service and kindness of the staff are unmatched. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay runs smooth. Breakfast was great, the location was perfect as just a short drive from the Old Town and the facilities and cleanliness were spot on. Definitely recommend and will definitely return. Big thank you to all the staff who looked after us.

Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was good and plenty. Staff was friendly and helpful with tips to get around town. Private parking available, which is a major plus in Dubrovnik (parking in Dubrovnik is insanely expensive and can be a nightmare, as there are very few private facilities and even fewer public parking spaces). An Uber drive from the hotel to the old town will cost you 6-7€ which we found to be an excellent compromise

The hotel is a bit far from the old town - 40 min walk. However, this should not be a deal breaker and in fact we were very happy with our choice (see above) - having come by car, it was nice to park in the hotel garage :)

It’s very close to the port and the bus stations

All the staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good-hot food and hot drinks are made to order. The pool is spotless and it’s lovely for a swim at the end of a day sightseeing. Rooms are spacious. Showers are good. It was easy to get buses into the old town.

It’s a shame there is a building site opposite but that’s not the hotel’s fault and there was no noise from the site as the work seemed to have stopped. If you are walking from the main road (and bus stops), there are very steep steps up to the hotel-it’s good exercise!

Good location near the port and a short bus ride to the old city. The hotel has a pool and is an easy walk to restaurants. My room was spacious, well equipped with a fridge and kettle for tea making

Short taxi ride to Dubrovnik center. Easy walk down to restaurants in the area. I used pool area on last day after check out to cool down prior to leaving for the afternoon flight.

Not possible to shower near pool since shower was broken.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially as we arrived before check in time. In addition the luggage room had lockers for personal items eg handbag. Good location for the port and good choice for breakfast.

The rooms were incredibly clean and the service was excellent. The staff were super friendly. They were also accommodating to us and understanding of us with the hot weather.

Really nice hotel with brilliant facilities and a excellent breakfast selection. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The location is around 5-10 minutes away from the old town. We actually didnt mind the travelling to and from the old town as we specifically wanted a hotel with a pool however, could be a concern for others.
