Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is composed of two historical buildings, one from the 15th century while the other was originally built in the 16th century. The 15th century Palazzo della Gherardesca features traditional Italian design while the 16th century La Villa is a convent-styled building. Between the two buildings, there is a large garden area which adds beauty to the landscape of the building.
The hotel is excellently located in the central part of the city offering a short distance to fascinating places such as Florence Cathedral and the Uffizi Gallery which are both within a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
The hotel rooms are spacious featuring bright colors which are perfectly blended with Renaissance décor. Amazing hotel ! Luxury at its best ! Stunning old palace with frescoes everywhere even in the suites.
One of the most impressive hotels we've ever been to.
Expensive for sure but it deserves every penny. Nothing is expensive when you get a memorable stay.

Great stay but expected much more from customer service.
Property was beautiful. Room was lovely with a spacious balcony.
Considering it was Four Seasons I thought the staff didn’t go out of their way to accommodate you. I would prefer Dorchester to Four seasons service any day!

Perfect stay in a perfect hotel.
Staff were exceptional. They made our anniversary celebrations so memorable and special. They couldn’t do enough.

Great love Florence and service at the hotel was amazing
The location does require a 20 min walk to the centre, when the pool and outdoor facilities are open, as it would offset the distance, however, with the outdoor facilities closed, if known, I would have chosen to stay closer to the centre.
The breakfast was great but we only took one day as we walked to meet friends on the other days. The choice on offer was good and the service was excellent.
The closed outdoor facilities made the location choice wrong for us.
The garden were beautiful and if the other facilities were opened that would have been perfect but without it made us feel that we didn't have location and pool!!

By far the best hotel I’ve been to! Best concierge honestly they really helped us get to the best local places and restaurants. Also they upgraded our room with no extra charge they were so so nice. Highly recommend coming here and I’m definitely going back!
