Hotel The Pure, Frankfurt

The location was very convenient to explore the city. The room with the terrace was spacious. The air condition was exceptional! The breakfast was of an amazing variety. Loved the candy bar at reception and also the complimentary drink on arrival.Very friendly staff.

Some parts of the interior decorations of the room need to be updated to live up to the white theme; e.g. brownish spots on the white curtains, the lampshade colour.

Location is easy to find and within walking distance from the train station. There are quite a few food options nearby the hotel. Staff are friendly and they even serve a welcome drink upon check-in.

Pillow too soft for our liking, other than that, everything is good.

Nothing really. The room wasn’t wonderful, but it was very functional and comfortable enough.

Location - 5 min walk to the main train station. Staff. Complimentary drink on arrival. Quiet.

Pillows - so incredibly soft that there was no point to having a pillow. We asked for extra pillows and it made absolutely no difference. Shower - constantly had to keep adjusting the water as it would fluctuate from hot to cold.

Access roads to the property were shady. Not located in best of the neighbourhoods in Frankfurt.

It was bright and friendly with good options to exercise. Lots of walkable coffee shops etc.

Breakfast was a little too pricey to commit to.

The room was tidy and just what we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central in the city, with many things in walking distance. The value for money was very much given.

The beds and pillows were a bit soft for our liking, but other than that not much to complain. The road outside can get a bit noisy with traffic occasionally. Many people object to the situation out on the street, but this is the case for any hotel in the wider area of the train station in Frankfurt and not a fault of the hotel. Furthermore we felt the presence of certain groups of people was more unseemly rather than a threat. So if one is ready to overlook that, one should be fine.

We were happy to stay at PURE and no complaints with this hotel , However rates were quite expensive.I am not sure the 4 * is the correct classification

small rooms, very small bathroom (really inconvenient), narrow beds (twin room) with really uncomfortable pillows.

The place is quite nice in general but not outstanding

Airconditioner not heating the room- i was freezing in the night. During the check out i brought this topic and was informed that there is additional heater somewhere which i should use instead airconditioner which is only for cooling...

Sauna was a fun treat! Room was clean, wood floors and balcony were a bonus. Fun diverse breakfast buffet.

Shower heads leaked but could be fixed. Neighborhood a little bit sketchy, but that's what you get around the train station.

English-speaking nice stuff, polite russian cleaning women. Sauna actually exists. Room was clean and with everything needed (extra like for refrigerator). You can skip cleaning and exchange it for a 5-euro voucher, that's really nice. View from the room was nice (could be better, but also could be worse).

Nasty neighborhood, seems that it's a dangerous district near Hauptbahnhof. No spa zone. Small incommodious gym. A little complected cleaning system: they came several times, but doesn't really seem to clean anything. Early check out (before 12). A little noisy. Confusing lobby, nothing serious, but it's unpleasant to disorientate every time.

the location is not so good, a lot of homeless around and some of them are agressive

nicely planned public spaces, clean and uncluttered look, high quality bedlinen and beds. extremely good value and pleasant, friendly, helpful staff.

Bathroom accessories minimal, showerhead needed fixing, location very convenient but not very pleasant.

Clean, confortable room, confortable bed. Nice design. Gym equiped with various training machines- eliptical, running, rowing. Sauna accesible all the time, with towels provided, just missing water bucket and scoup. Nice brakfast area and good breakfast. Convenient location close to Frankfurt mains train station.

Drug dealers and their clients just around the corner. Noisy if you're overlooking the street.

The main lady waitressing in the morning was a real pro and so friendly and accommodating as was the last guy at reception. The other male reception staff were efficient but not the most friendly and forgot to give us our welcome drink.
