The room is clean and very well maintenance. I would use the word 'Perfect' for Fraser accommodation.

I would think if there is parking facilities will be really perfect. Although we are able to park at nearby car park, the parking charges are really high.

Everything is good. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time when I visit Geneva.

Location was excellent. A few blocks to lake Geneva, plenty of bus and tram stops within a 2-3 min walk, hotel is right on a major shopping street. Studio was very roomy with a separate living room, kitchenette with dishwasher, induction cooktop, good size fridge, toaster, but no oven. Full set of nice dishes and utensils. Bathroom was large with a nice shower. Room was quiet and everything was very clean. AC and heating worked great. There was a nice table in the living room that doubled as a desk and dining table. Across the street there is a nice grocery store that has just about everything one needs to make simple meals.

The bed was too firm. The hotel desk told me that they could put a mattress topper on if needed.

It was in a great position and a lovely room and view. The lady who checked us in was fantastic and spoke every time we saw her in the foyer. She needs a special thanks.

Location location location. 5 to 10 mins easy walk to places of interests in Old Town. Place is right in the middle of town so shops, cafes & trams are within reach Apartment is spacious & well equipped. Beds are so comfy. Our unit is on 1st floor, just next to the laundry room whuch is free by the way! Happy about that.., Both gym & breakfast cafe are also on the 1st floor A big shout out to Pauline. She was so welcoming with an infectious big hearty laugh. Thank you for teaching me the basic french words. Lovely lady

Requested for a sofa or single bed to be set up at the living room forr my adult son. Was not arramged. But they did provide 2 single beds

i checked the breakfast buffet and decided to eat outside, i wished they had better options. The cafés and restaurants around the hotel serve really good breakfast, so it was not a big problem for me.

The windows are big, induction stove is safe, fridge is cold.

The trash bin in toilet is small.

The location is superb! The apartments are spacious.

The smell of the building and apartments were unpleasant.

Don't look elsewhere. Rooms are first rate, big modern and very comfortable - almost a studio apartment. It's on the high street - excellent location. Best stay in Geneva

We loved everything about it! A comfortable, beautiful, spotless apartment in a superb location and the staff could not have been more helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for dinner nearby and were so friendly and welcoming. It is very centrally located so easy to walk to the lake and the old town, and also well connected by public transport- including an easy bus ride from the airport and a nice area called Carouge where we enjoyed Sunday brunch. I would definitely stay there again and hope to return. Soon!!

I couldn’t fault it really. We only had a small problem with the internet in our room being unreliable. Unfortunately it kept dropping the connection.

Excellent location, close to everything you need in Geneva. Very friendly staff and very good room.

No ability to stream to the TV form my mobile. The room could also benefit from a bluetooth sound speaker for streaming music.

The only complaint I have is that the washers and dryer’s were terrible. It took hours to wash one load of clothes. But on the other hand, it was nice that they offered it.

Staff was very friendly, very convenient location.

After paying quite an amount for the room, they said they could not replenish the teabags in the room when it was all used up. Hotel Policy can be tweaked.

Very clean and nice amenities, close to the commercial street where you can do some shopping, close to the lake and a bridge where you can go to the front of the lake, close about 5 min walking to mont blanc car park
