Splendid. Never staying anywhere else in HK.
Splendid property - Tonnes of old world charm. Terrific location, and the most hospitable staff I have ever met. They personally greet you and remember all the tiny details. Steve, the General Manager was very kind and Vicki Chan at Cafe Causette was so attentive and thoughtful.

We were treated like Royals! The best Hotel in Hong Kong!!!
The best hotel in Hong Kong! I spent my Birthday weekend at the hotel and nothing beats Mandarin Oriental when it comes to service, marvelous rooms and we were pampered like royals! Definitely, we will stay there again on November on my Wife's birthday!

Hospitality perfection
Perfect in everything. This is how all 5 star hotels should be, but unfortunately most are not. Mandarin Oriental at Central should be a benchmark for every other hotel.

the whole experience was spectacular. It was truly a perfect stay. The location, the room, the bed, the bathroom, room service, the gym, Sauna, and Jacuzzi have all been in use and are all amazing.

Overall, I will defiantly return to this Hotel
Great location of course. Staff is super well prepared to any needs.
The only down side (small issue) it's the bathroom doors which can not guarantee a real privacy if you are sharing the room, as in my case, with my young daughter.

A first-time nice stay at the Mandarin Oriental
The sheets were changed everyday for Club Floor rooms, I guess, which is very nice (except for one day, the housekeeper didn't. Not sure why.
The outer section of the room for bathroom & vanity, shower facilities - even for couples, not too convenient as there is nothing to screen off the two areas. Food at the Club Floor is, I would say, adequate. Could have done better.

Will definitely stay again!
Mandarin Oriental Hotel (there are 2, this is the 'old' one) is very clean (the cleanest I have seen), and the location is very good, CBD is within walking distance. Given the price of this accommodation, there are some expectations, and the hotel and its rooms met them.
Breakfast buffet could offer more varieties/options. The lobby could do well to serve coffee/tea, there is the captains' bar and the lounge but some of the guests may just want to have a coffee/tea while they wait or meet at the lobby.
