Everything. A truly exceptional experience from the moment we arrived at reception.
Maybe the pillows? They were too soft for us, but they have a few types available as replacement so this was easily resolved by calling housekeeping.

Very luxurious hotel, very expensive, silly Covid-related restrictions.
It is the tallest hotel in Hong Kong. My suite was on the 109-th floor. The suite has large glass windows looking out upon Victoria Harbor. The view was breathtaking. Hotel staff was exceptional - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Due to Covid there were some changes and adjustments from normal operations - specifically, the Club moved back-and-forth from the 102-nd floor to the 116-th floor a few times. I prefer the big Club room on the 116-th floor.
In normal, non-Covid, times, there would not have been any negative. But because of Covid, there were the ubiquitous bar codes and other Covid-related silly requirements. When entering the hotel, you must scan a bar code, then when going to the hotel restaurant, or the Club, you have to scan another code. But that is not all, you not only have to scan a code for entering the restaurant, you also have to scan your vaccination code. I was not vaccinated in a country that provides a bar code for the vaccination. My vaccination was in Thailand. My vaccination record was a little booklet. And I had to carry that with me at all times to show hotel personnel. The more annoying thing was that each time I entered the restaurant or Club, I had to show the vaccination record - as though maybe my vaccination would disappear or change from one day to the next.
Now, I realize that this is not the hotel staff's fault. Rather the Hong Kong government created these silly requirements and the hotel is obligated to follow them.
The only additional negative is the very high price.

Memorable
We booked this staycation as a 25th Wedding Anniversary stay, and it was an absolute treat. The welcome and helpfulness of the staff made it a memorable stay, as did the location. We would recommend the Ritz-Carlton to anyone looking for that something a little bit special.

relatively poor in room dining at night perhaps due to COVID ;
in comparison with The Peninsula Hotel , the same expenditure for a grand suite would come with substantially much bigger space and easily finer in room dining experience.

Oh, so much luxury~~~
The room was super clean, very comfortable, and the view was super good. My wife and my kid love it so much! It shows how well managed is the hotel. All the staff members were super friendly and helpful.
I wish there was more entertainment for kids. The breakfast buffet could be improved by offering more variety and luxury food. We loved everything! Will surely return!

Generally was good.
The swimming pool with mirror ceiling is interest, can avoid collide with other guests. Dinner services in Lounge & Bar was attentive and nice. The staffs are generally very courtesy.
My late check out request was approved, but still got lock out after lunch, need to reactivate the key.
