The size of the room and the views

- breakfast was not as expected - the position of the bed near the wardrobe. Difficult to open wardrobe door

Excellent reimagining of a former office building into a top class hotel. Comfortable room, good location. Fantastic rooftop restaurant and bar with great views.

Odd design of swimming pool facilities - no changing rooms beyond individual bathrooms.

The staff is very friendly and upgrade our room for free, the room is big and clean.

The bathtub drain plug is not very convenient to use, it stuck once.

The staff has a great services, they are so thoughtful and provide help before you ask. The room is beautiful, especially the bathroom. The TV also out of expectation, it gives a cinemas vibe there. My partner and I would like to come again.

This property is very well situated within walking distance of Central and Pacific Place. Very friendly and attentive staff.

The artwork is well chosen and the rooms are well thought out.

The Murray is a fantastic hotel in the heart of HK Central area. It is beautifully appointed, great location, excellent service and large room by HK standards. Breakfast buffet was great - good selection of western and asian that was just right. Staff was excellent and always ready to assist.

The only complaint I would have is that the bed was not as comfortable as you would expect from a hotel like this. The mattress was hard so perhaps a good quality mattress topper is needed.

The second time I have stayed at The Murray, I love this hotel.

The quiet and the comfortable room.

The breakfast places were far too small so we ended up canceling our reservation when we saw the long line still at 9:45.

I really liked how the property was super pet friendly:)

There weren’t many places where our puppy could use his energy in😅 The pet training area wasn’t enough and it wasn’t safe to let him run around unleashed.

Important- there is an incredible home theatre system with massive TV. Ee watched several films back to back. This means that, in some ways, costs were offset b/c we did not want to leave and go to the movies.

There is nothing that I did not like. Period.

The rooms is big and cozy. The staff at gym is nice Dinner at the Garden Lounge is also delicious

The lobby is very small and with limited check in counters. Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 230 pm, room was not ready (which is understood) unless we pay to upgrade to N2, but if you arrive at 3 pm, there will be a long queue, maybe because it is weekend

Staff were so attentive. One of the best check-ins I’ve ever experienced.

Swimming pool is quite small

we had in room service and it was one of the best experience I’ve ever had. Although food wasn’t superb it did exceed my expectation, overall a very pleasant experience with the service as well.

The breakfast was sub par with very little variety in the buffet section. Menu breakfast was a bit repeated with several items having English muffins and taste wise was not too great.
