if you have a car they charge extra for parking and they have a third party company managing parking lot.

i liked the location, accessibility of the hotel it was near the metro station and near kadikoy pedestrian market very goo location

the room was too old, and the bathroom door made a weired sound everytime we open or close, we told the hotel team, but they didn't solve the problem. the valet parking wasn't free, it shouldn't be chargeable in a 5 stars hotel

Its was very far from grand plaza and the places I wanted to visit.It had beautiful sea views.The rooms are beautiful

The breakfast had a very wide selection & the orange juice was freshly squeezed. The staff were polite & friendly. A special mention for Chef Racepp, always smiling & enquiring about our well being & if our culinary needs were being met, an absolute STAR.

It is more of a hotel meant for business travellers & it caters to that client base. It's not something that I didn't like. We were on holiday but I also had a few business meetings to attend on the Asian side of Istanbul & it was ideally located.

One of the lamps wasn’t working properly and the fridge being located by the bed often went through ticking phases, this had the habit of preventing me from sleeping if I was awake at the time it started.

Great location, amazing view, wonderful staff and the best shower EVER!!

Location is very convenient, it's right next to pier, where you can take a ferry to any side of the city. They have restaurant and pool with beautiful view on the top. All staff are very friendly and polite. Special thanks to Cem and Ural from concierge/reception. They went extra mile and were very professional and friendly.

Hotel is definitely not a 5 star. Furniture and rooms are old, more like a 3 star hotel. Also every time calling reception or ird - they were asking for my room number, meaning they don't have phones with number detector, which again - expected to be in 5 star hotel. And overall experience doesn't give an impression of staying in 5 star

The "HOOD" rooftop pool and restaurant were top notch! And all the staff was just unbelievably friendly! If I return to Kadikoy I'll definitely prefer this hotel! Thanks for everything!

Bath tube was too high from ground which makes going in. Creates safety issue

The bed is very comfortable and overall cleaning is good. The swimming pool on the roof floor has an amazing view, although it was small.

Soundproof is not great. We could hear the people who were talking on the hallway. The bathroom cleaning could be better, especially the shower and the tub. The glass next to the tub is short so the floor was all wet because of the water splash.

This time we had several minor issues. First of all we got a smoking room, which we did not ask for. After upgrading to a bigger non-smoking room with see view, we had to change our room once more due to a constant generator-like noise which did not allow us to sleep at night! The third and final room we got was pretty quiet, however, the shower drain was dirty and clogged and we realized that the blanket cover and once a towel were stained.

Where do I start. This hotel is a super hotel, from the entrance, the smell,the staff and the rooms to the food and drinks. Everything is clean and super aesthetically pleasing. The airco also works super in the rooms, which are clean and big. The room has great features so it is super cool to check out what’s there. We spent most of our days on the rooftop, the amenities are worth it. They serve good cocktails with a great view. It is a super hotel to relax and just feel like a queen/king at it. Also you are close to the heart of Asian Turkiye, so the food around the hotel is great,because you have a lot of cute bars and restaurants and also little stores. The placement is also great you can easily take the metro or boat to go towards the touristic spots on the European side. Last but not least, they have a big gym and the sauna and the turkish sauna are definitely worth the visit. I would definitely come back! Worth your money and stay double!

The staff were great professionals and friendly

No verandah so had to keep going down stairs to the restaurant to get fresh air and smoke, room is super small and boxy different to how it was advertised felt claustrophobic.

The staff is amazing and very helpful.

The room smelled like sewage, they did change the room, but the hotel in general doesn’t smell great. Although its very clean.
