It’s a beautiful hotel with the most polite and helpful staff - especially the lovely doormen. The 3 bedroom suite is ENORMOUS and the 2 pools are fantastic. It’s also in a great location.
There’s minimal cutlery, plates and no wine glasses in the room.

Excellent stay in KL near Bukit Bintang
Excellent location. The hotel connects via a tunnel through to the JW Marriott which is across the road from the Pavilion Mall which is of the best malls we’ve been to.
Staff are excellent as is the afternoon tea in the lobby lounge for RM160++ for two people. Such amazing value! Same goes for breakfast that was included in our booking. Excellent varieties of food items and plenty of staff in hand to help with anything you may need.
If I had to be really picky the bed was a little too hard for my liking and the bath towels are quite small rather than being bath sheets as in other top hotels.

Very good
The room was clean and staff very friendly. And aslo the breakfast also very nice.
We was not satified require pay parking fee even though stay at 5 star hotel. The parking fee amount was RM12 without flat rate as well. If we driving out, we need to pay again RM12 again per entry. It was not fair to us stay with the 5 star hotel rate. The staff said that parking issue was not under hotel management. We felt that hotel management need discuss with 3rd party parking management to solve it. The good hotel with 5 star still need to parking fee was very unfair for our customer.

I love to stay YTL's hotels...last year was JW, now i tried Ritz.....perfect. Never dissapointed me
Love all the environment & facilities from lobby until room.
Spa, swimming pool, staff services all were very friendly and good. All self initiative to help the guest even we did not requested it.
We miss out the turn into underground parking area at first round, and we need to make a huge U-turn in long traffic jam. Suggested can share us video of which is right way turn into underground parking area when near the trip date.

Not Ritz Carlton standard.
Location
Dated room facilities. The twin beds are too soft. It sinks in the middle . Even the sofa is needs upgrading. The throw pillows are too soft, need to replaced. The room doorknob comes out. The sink in the kitchen toilet is unstable.
We really DO NOT expect these faults from Ritz Carlton- a brand name to be reckoned with. The problem is maintenance.

Disappointing and cold!
Decor was beautiful .
It was very cold due to air conditioning too high! All the reception areas and lounges were empty with no atmosphere. It was ghost like, staff helpful but maybe guests were shopping or in their rooms!!!! Disappointed with atmosphere.

Classy, great location, amazing atmosphere- wonderful!
Very good location, close to shops and public transport. Very special ambience, staff were attentive and friendly at all times. Gym was well equipped and pool was clean.
First room had a small problem, but we were able to move to another room pretty quickly - so not really a complaint here… the staff dealt with it well
