🌝Superb location, easily accessible to anywhere. 🌝Friendly staffs! Pouriá was really welcoming upon our check-in and the lady who answered my calls pertaining to my request. Sorry, I didn't get her name but she was really helpful! 🌝Comfortable beds! 🌝Perfect scenery! We had a great stay! Thank you for the surprises, too. We didn't expect it at all. Definitely will come back again. ♡

We had 2 rooms opposite each other - in one room the AC was not cool, in the other complete oposite - we set 22 degrees in both rooms, one had constant 24-25 degrees, the other got cooled down to 19-20 degrees even on low fan setting… The coffee during breakfast is very low quality, a true dissapointment

The room was very good. The staff behavior was excellent and they greeted all the time when they see us. The hotel and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel location was not so much good. We need car to reach the hotel all the time and it was not possible to go to the streets without using car.

The staff Jennifer (the lady with glasses) was amazingly professional.

Location was ideal. We were able to visit the mall and try some Indian food at Brickfields.

I booked the hotel under my name. However, since I was at work, I asked my wife to check-in first. But the staff refused to check-in even thought my wife showed a copy of my ID and the reservation. So that was a bit disappointing. They finally allowed after paying a deposit of AUD50.00.

the location was the main feature of the hotel, that's what i think. room was also good and clean, the size was decent, the price was ok. i would go back again.

if the room could be more sound prof that would be great. the TV channel could be improve with netflix or youtube.

Nice resort with a few pools. Nice surroundings and not far from the town center. Rooms was spacious and comfortable.

The property needs refurbishing. Especially the bathroom looks pretty worn and needs refitting. The glass doors in the bathroom have stains. Unsure if they are just dirty or old and need to be replaced.

1. In room dining menu is lean. In room order not serviced precisely - got salad when ordered stir fried vegetables. 2. Travel agency for Genting - no other payment mode other than cash. This may not suit many guests 3. Special requests - had requested late checkout at 5 pm

Located next to the central train station and a big mall. Comfortable bed (soft). Great shower. We haven't tried any facilities.

Slow wifi Steak restaurant did not have a class and was overpriced If you want your eggs to be hot, you have to tell the staff

Not enough parking lot. Room dustbin is without garbage bag. Mirror beside bed was dirty and with some unidentified type of stain. Drinking water with little bit of smell. Kind of refill water.. Last time was serving spritzer mineral water which is more comfort.. Sincere comment on my staying and it was our 3rd time staying with le meridian.
