Unfortunately only 1 pool was open when we were lead to believe only 1 pool was closed. The rest rooms next to the only pool that was open were closed on the last day with no notice or reason given and even some staff did not seem to realise. A 24 hour coffee outlet close to the spa tower would be helpful as there are no kettle facilities in the room.

Marvelous room with a view of the fountains, very impressive and entertaining. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.

The stench of cigarette smoke from the casino permeated most of the common areas in the hotel. Since every journey in a Las Vegas casino hotel seems to involve traversing the casino, it meant frequent exposure to cigarette smoke.

Lots of shops and restaurants, fun to walk through. Room very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

the amenities in the room are not as good - no complimentary water, the fridge has no space for personal items, and no coffee machine or any way to make hot water in the room.

I like the location,

The water in the bathroom when open the shower or the sink had a sewer smell. The water bottle in the room was $24.00 that is to much, and there is no fridge and no coffee maker.

Housekeeping was a bit below my expectations.

Prices at restaurants have become so egregious we avoided anything in hotel other than Cafe.

The room very good and the location of the hotel was great.

The check-in process took around 45 mins which is unacceptable for that kind of hotel.

The same with every casino-too much smoking

We stayed at one of the newly renovated rooms. The room was airy and large, with a great bathroom and large windows with views on the mountains and the pool.

For the price, we expected more. There was no kettle/coffee provided in the room, no slippers, and only one bathrobe was provided. Additionally, there were some stains on the decorative pillows and on the carpet.

Dog “parks” basically was a tiny patch of astroturf.

The lounge was very nice for a cocktail after seeing a show and before retiring for the night. Truth is that the cost of the in room options were extremely expensive and just not justified. The staff in the lounge was very efficient and.friendly. Definitely a good choice.

Check in was poor. We got there early (1pm) and understand check in time, but the guest services told us that our room had been vacated and would be ready shortly. We waited and waited for the text to let us know that the room was ready. Finally, we got back in line to talk to the gentleman that had assisted us. He made a call, which he was not willing to do the first time, and within minutes we got another room. He assigned us room 10002, which doesn’t exist and with the help of a custodian we called down to find out that it was actually 100020. Last issue was there were clipped toenails and dried fried rice on the carpet, which took two phone calls to get vacuumed up. We were compensated by a manager for the inconvenience, which was a big deal and appreciated.

When I arrived I only had a short wait at a very busy time, to get checked in. The receptionist was very kind and upgraded me to a very large room. It was very impressive, even if a bit old fashioned. On the Friday evening I took a party of friends to see 'O'. It was just as impressive as the last time I saw it in 2005! Definitely one of the best, if not the best, show on the strip.

I don't like the fact that smoking is still permitted in some casinos like the Bellagio. Walking to and from the room was like being smoked like a kipper at times. I don't particularly like the bars at the Bellagio; they could do with a rethink and a refresh.

Didnt offer breakfast even at such high room rates. Rooms didnt even have a coffee machine/hot water kettle.

We had a Penthouse and it was beautiful, But the highway noise and the sewage smell in the mans bathroom ruined it!

As in most of the 5 stars hotels I stayed would have been great to have complimentary water and a capsule coffee machine inside the room.

Great location with nice amenities onsite, convenient spot on the strip.

The rooms have shockingly poor sound insulation. No one around us was inappropriately loud, we just could hear every conversation, door, shower, etc. Pretty disappointing in a quality property & I normally sleep through anything.

Good location and spacious room.

Huge hotel and very crowded. For example you need to stand in the line for 5-10mins to speak to the concierge. Same thing for breakfast you need to wait in the line. Also they charge money for car parking and for receiving Amazon delivery.

Loved the Salone suite
