Great location and very good rooms.
We were given ab upgrade from a junior suite to a suite which was spacious. The location was very good and gave us easy access to lots of good restaurants and is close to the main shopping centre.

Great place to spend a couple of days.
The location was excellent for our trip, the staff was accommodating and took our bags early so we couple have a look around. The room was comfortable and we had a great street view Tom hear the musicians playing below.
It was fine, no issues.

Great location, very comfortable/ pleasant and nice staff!
I loved the building and my room. It was old but decor was very groovy! Also I had a little balcony and great view of the beautiful Teatro Trindade!
The hall ways and stairwells had light sensors so you would walk into the darkness before the light would come on. I felt safe but would have preferred a lit hall/stairway.

We liked this hotel a lot but it lacked certain things.
The room has lots of character and is quite spacious. Area is fun with lots of good restos.
The room wasn’t as quiet as I’d hoped. No bathroom door which isn’t great. No bar or cafe or reception lounge in the hotel.

A lovley stay. I would totally recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable short stay.
Was such a great location. A really clean room with excellent staff who were helpful and kind. Room was very quiet and well equipped
The bathroom in our twin room with single beds was very intense. This is was due to the shower being very tiny with see through glass to the rest of the room, with no room to get changed-must be comfortable with the person your traveling with because privacy is no option.

Superb location
Location was superb. Bedroom clean and comfy.
Bathroom.was style over substance, no room to put anything near the sink like a toothbrush! Just two shelves to the side, quite an awkward set up. It was clean though.

Great location for a stay in central Lisbon but hotel a little tired in decor.

Room a little tired, feel it needs a refresh. Small room (we were aware of that when we booked) but it needs configuring differently. Handbasin not in bathroom, no plug to hold the water plus no shelf etc to store toiletries. Corridors are very dark too.

Parking and driving this area is very hard. The hotel room was well decorated but not my style.

We had a problem with the air conditioning unit. This was resolved, but the leak caused dampness in the room.The bathroom didn't have a door, so it lacked privacy. It was also small, the shower taking up a lot of the space in the room.

Good value for money in a central location of Lisbon.
Staff is very helpful and hotel room was clean and with everything you need. Location is very central and nearby many attractions that we placed on our map on the to visit list, as well as metro and public transportation.
Our room did not have a bathroom door so the relationship naturally developed to the next level.

Stay was ok, mainly for the location. It’s a basic room and not what you’d expect for the cost.
Location was great and staff were lovely.
Very dated. Bathroom not great….and super noisy! Could do with windows updating for some noise control. Also - air-con in room not working, which made the room unbearably hot.

great location and overall good room for value. however minor nuisances in the room
the location was great, we were able to walk nearly everywhere. room was very quiet and good for sleeping.
the shower was very odd. the shower head was very high up making it incredibly difficult to shower if you didn’t want your hair wet (no shower caps were provided). it also didn’t have any area you could change before entering the shower or keep your towel and on exiting. it was manageable but something to be mindful if staying in a twin room and wanting privacy.

magnetic key posed some challenges to open door - but if you keep trying, it eventually worked
