Nice overall style with unique artifact items

Everything was perfect service was amazing cleanliness amenities all was perfectly good.

Nothing! couldn’t find any negative stuff to talk about

We spent the whole night in our one bedroom suite without an ac. The housekeeping doesn’t speak English.

This Hotel lived up to our expectations. Stay was expensive but justified by the quality of the hotel.

There was literally nothing I didn't like. It was just delightful

charming and elegant! lovely staff- quintessentially British but fresh and beautifully designed.

Loved the Bathrooms, the marble they use is beautiful, the Staff is wonderful, they stood out, warm and friendly people. I could not have been looked after any better. The room, the bed, the food was delicious, had mostly room service as I arrived exhausted. I really loved it all and that is rare for me. People call me the hotel whisperer/Inspector. Hopefully this will be my regular hotel from now on. Home away from Home.

All of it, It is a very special place. My favorite hotel so far.

This was our first stay at The Cadogan and everything about it was perfect. The location is very central but the road is surprisingly quiet and only a 5 minute walk to Hyde Park. We liked that it is a smaller boutique hotel and all the staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. We also had our room upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise. The room was absolutely beautiful with everything we could need provided including a huge bathroom with a large deep bath and separate shower. Smaller details that were also appreciated were the powerful hairdryer, magnifying mirror, an abundance of towels and a choice of pillows. Delicious macarons too. We did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel, but had cocktails in the bar later in the evening which has an outside terrace that would be lovely in the summer.

The service was outstanding, their Concierge team were amazing. A call out to Jamie.

For a 5 star hotel the food was very disappointing. We had omelette’s that were like rubber for breakfast, tasteless and our room service meal had to be comped as not good.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, couldn't do enough for us. Bar and breakfast were great too.

We had a lovely chicken Caesar salad, cheese selection and drinks. Great selection of cocktails all around. Breakfast was exceptional. Personal gifts to us made our stay Very special.

The boutique aspect. The food and beverage aspect as represented by the ground floor bistro / restaurant.

The absence of a sense of practicality in the otherwise beautiful accommodation. Room 502 - only one chair, without arms, relatively uncomfortable and certainly one where you may not sit relaxing in the privacy of your room without soon tiring. Bathroom: Japanese toilet is a great touch but there's nothing on the side to rest a mobile phone, a magazine or a tablet. These are not minor deficiencies when considering a newly renovated hotel and a brand new floor. Temperature control was working erratically too.

Staff, location

The superior room was too small, we couldn’t move with our luggage, the room service was really slow to remove the dinnner, it took 40 mins and two calls in order to do that.
