The Bloomsbury Hotel, London

The staff was very friendly and professional from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone made you feel welcome and all were eager to assist. The atmosphere was so inviting and relaxing. The room was spacious and well appointed. The beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable. The toiletries smelled so good I didn't bother to unpack mine. The location was excellent, tucked in on a side street like a grand mansion. The espresso maker was a welcome treat. I would definitely recommend the Bloomsbury Hotel to a solo traveller as a safe and comfortable place to stay. From the business traveler to the family vacation the Bloomsbury will not disappoint.

Hotel centrally located. Comfortable room with good facilities. But the restaurant was the star attraction for us - location,service, food. Very comfortable lounge.

Everything. From the lovely interiors to the cozy room to the heartfelt hospitality of the staff & yummy food, it was the perfect hotel stay.

The bathroom was kind of tight so I had to be careful not to bump my legs on the corners of the sink counter.

The Dalloway restaurant was draughty. But the staff and the food were excellent.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent quality mattress, furnishings, and linen. Great location. Welcoming staff (I was checked in by Clara who is a model of professionalism, efficiency, and warmth), delicious food and good service in the casual bar area. I would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing to dislike - all aspects of my stay were enjoyable.

The whole staff at the hotel is very nice . It has been over 10 years since I know this hotel. Whenever I come to London, I always want to stay here. I came to the restaurant for breakfast, I recognized Estelita , I told her that happy to see that you still work here . For me if staff works long time at the hotel meaning they are happy there. All the staffs are very nice and hand on to help. I love the hospitality culture at this hotel. This time I invited my kids to spend some times with me there and they also enjoyed very much .

The Bloomsbury is our favourite and regular address when in London. It is charming, quiet, and close to everything. Staff is very professional. The restaurant is great as well as the bars (both).

Great location close to Oxford Street and theatres .Room was extremely clean. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice-cooked breakfast was also available. Staff were very courteous

Aside from the wonderful location, the hotel staff is like no other. Extremely kind and helpful. Ricardo Esteves, the manager at the desk, was extraordinary. He not only helped us during our stay but he offered us help with our reservations at the Washington DC sister hotel (Dupont Circle). The atmosphere at the bar is very nice. You really feel at home.

Standard rooms are a bit too small but not different to other London hotels in the same category

An exceptional location at the heart of London, close to the major shopping area of Oxford Street on the one hand and the lively cultural vibe of West End on the other. The rooms are beautiful and the property itself is historic yet modern.

The elevator (or the lift, if you prefer) was very slow. Only one of the two was working.

It had the very best bed I have ever slept in. Like a marshmallow.

Quite a maze to find the room and the room was smaller than I thought it’d be.

Very close to British Museum, the location was amazing. Afternoon tea at Coral Room was a must!

Breakfast was lovely. Reception man thought it was amusing that I would be able to fit my big volvo in the car park... which was a bit odd. The sweet lady doing the breakfast the next morning was lovely. Only stayed one night.
