Very elegant and quiet. Beautifully appointed. Really comfortable bed. Lovely staff.

Difficult to find the way in!

Room was spacious and the bed and bedding were all very comfortable. Drink service great in bar, breakfast was good.

I didn’t realised the bar and restaurant were across the road. Restaurant was quite cold at breakfast

The bedroom was superb, as were the staff.

A wider range of teas would be appreciated.

You could not find a better location in London very stylish and comfortable

Nice and cozy rooms. Even though it looks historic, the furniture is new and in good shape. Overall quite even though it is close to a very busy street. A lot of good restaurants in the vicinity. Friendly staff.

Small lift but obviously working with the space available.

All the little attention to details - from the wallpaper, minibar, the sheets, the leather chain key, their selection of books to read, the heated towels etc… is evident at this lovely hotel. We will definitely return and also try their other locations. All the staff we encountered were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. Such a great birthday treat. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

The locstion was great--right by Covent Garden. Also the room was well insulated--couldn't hear any noise outside.

It was quite small and across the street and up a few yards from the original hotel.

Great location in Covent Garden. Very clean and comfortable room. Plenty to do nearby including shops and very good restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Garden view of the church courtyard was very nice.

Nothing we can think of except maybe the minor inconvenience of walking to the end of the block to catch a taxi. However, that’s offset by the plus of the traffic on Henrietta street being limited to AM deliveries and closed off for just pedestrians the rest of the day.

great location - very close to Covent garden tube station and could easily walk to cafes/bars etc. very quiet even though in the middle of everything. lovely decor and comfortable bed.

service was great. went to the main building but my room is at another building opposite the original hotel. the receptionist was so kind to walk me over to the actual building.. highly recommend for this hotel.

shower door was not properly fixed and hence, water were sipping out causing the floor wet. But it just a minor and bearable issue and hopefully it can be fixed. (room 28)

Lovely hotel, in a great position in Covent Garden close to everything as well as the underground. Comfortable refurbished rooms. Staff were friendly and efficient, all requests were met promptly and pleasantly.

We love the Henrietta! This would have been my 10th stay I think. I stay there alone when in London and with my partner when we are there together. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The cocktails are amazing!
