very good location - 20mins walk to liverpool street station, 24/7 reception, nice staff

with a little complications with allocating the romms/beds there's nothing I would complain about.

The property was very big and had a bar and kitchen that you could cook in and the staff were very friendly

It wasn’t great having to pay to store your bag in the luggage room. There was nothing to dry your hand with in the bathroom unless you rented a towel. And not related to the property but someone in my room was up at 5am so we all had a disturbed sleep.

Fabulous as always ...stayed in a 4 bed female dorm, no issues. Clean and tidy - good hot showers 5 mins on foot from tube - close to Tower bridge , Tower of London , Great for St Katherines docks area 15 mins from borough markets etc ... Felt totally safe as a female traveller.

I came here to stay a couple of nights to be closer to my new job in London. The lounge area was a great space to chill out, read and do work which is exactly what I hoped for. Loved the communal kitchen and bar which also had a relaxed atmosphere. Beds has a space to charge phones, a light, locker, fan and curtains for privacy. Shower was modern, large and luxurious. It was good that the reception is available 24/7 and can use your keycard to enter the hostel at any time.

Expensive to buy a ticket for breakfast which I would of hoped for more than toast, cerials etc and didn't seem worth it with a communal kitchen. It would be better if the cafe was open a bit earlier (from 7am) to have a coffee before I left in the morning.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in the UK. The staff members at the reception are welcoming and friendly. The room has got bunker beds and each bed has curtains for the privacy. You get your own fan and a small locker for your valuables I.e. Mobile, watch, wallets within your bunker. You also get a bigger locker for your bags or suitcase which can be locked by the keycard you receive at the reception. They have got beautiful arrangements in the basement, you can play games, relax, read, have a drink and enjoy the ambiance. Loved the place. Will definitely go again.

The mattress was comfy and the bed had curtains. Apart, there were a shower and a toilet inside the room for 8 guests. Clean.

People do not respect silence from 10pm onwards. Maybe late check-ins should be avoided or put in together.

- the bar area downstairs was really nice - the kitchen was large and well equipped - the lockers in the beds were a nice touch and also the power point, shelf and curtains - location is good close to two metro stations

- I didn’t like the process for choosing your own dorm bed and how you have to put a tag on the one you want. It splits up the people you travel with and creates extra admin work for staff as well as travellers - the 8 bed dorm was up an elevator plus another two flights of stairs

Games are very very loud in the evening. But love the ambiance. Food in the fridges must be trashed more often.

The room I saw when I booked was not the one I stayed in. The pillow and blanket were very basic The room temperature isn't comfortable

The staff is really nice. All are very smiley and seem open to help. The breakfast wasn't great, not many options, and for the same value you probably get a nice breakfast in a coffee elsewhere, apart from that the place was great. Everything works perfectly and you have plenty of places in the hostel to meet people and hang out. The bar in the basement was also great. Installations are good and it gives you a sense of cleanness and safetiness. Everyone in my room was very respectful with others in terms of light and noise and the bed was ok. Maybe this is the little downside. The bed is just right. I mean they're good for sleeping but you can't move much. The location was also good. Very easy to get to several metro stations and enough night buses get very close to the place too. It seems very safe even at night. A bit lonely in the area overnight but it's very safe I would say.

Really nice, clean and modern hostel without the prison like feeling that hostels can often have, really friendly atmosphere.

Was quite reasonable price. The female room's got own bathroom and toilet. Also there's enjoyable nice bar and space.

The radiator heating in the room got a problem and the toilet was a bit smelly. The luggage room was NOT free and able to used with additional charge!

I liked the bar area and how clean the overall place was. Most of the staff was really nice at well, especially at the check-in and check-out!

It might be because of the overalll prices in London but I felt like everything was quite expensive (drinks, coffe, snacks) and in the entry area I couldn't charge my phone cause I had no adapter

The location is very good, facilities are excellent, i don’t need to bring my own locker ， it’s all prepared
