No parking with the hotel, and they didn’t do our room

Rooftop bar was very fun time- their daily events are worth a try. Limited drink options but good service. Interesting room set up; comfy bed and pillows. Best "mini bar" in room snacks for purchase I've had yet.

Shower had a little black mildew in and the TV or remote was not functioning correctly: volume would only go up and not lower than 10 which was very loud so it wasn't usable. 1 pillow had a large hard device on it (maybe Anti-Theft?) But I just put it out of the way

Good location, hotel was just cool, upstairs bar was super lovely and all the staff were really great and accommodating. Front desk staff were able to offer good recommendations of places to eat and visit.

Beds could have been more comfortable, nowhere to put a large suitcase of luggage so that it was decently out of the way.

Kettle provided, desk for remote work, spotlessly clean, beautiful decor in an old restored theatre. Gym and laundry facilities also appreciated!

Rooftop pool was only a very small dip pool – not a swimming pool. But still, a beautiful spot to while away some time!

Our employees were staying at the hotel during a conference held in Los Angeles and they said that they were overall satisfied with their stay. Apparently initially they were a little bit shocked, as the "Urban Style" design of the room made an impression as if the room was still in the work - but after the first day they got used to it. The staff was lovely and the localisation was good.

The rooms were facing the street and weren't sound proof, so it was quite loud.

The hotel is amazing 🤩 beautiful old theatre building rearranged into modern style rooms.

Room was small but sufficient for an overnight stay. Parking was expensive. Roof top bar served every dish with chips - chips & guac; ceviche & chips; shrimp cocktail with chips. Bartender wasn't knowledgable. Asked for a Mai Tai and he asked if I wanted a classic one or a fruity one. I stated I wanted a classic one. What I got was not what I ordered. At time time ever does a Mai Tai have grapefruit juice in it. When I realized a couple of sips in that it contained grapefuit juice, I had to push it to the side. My medications interact with grapefruit juice. That was like $15 down the drain.

Pillows were hard and each of us only got one pillow. Shower knobs were difficult to figure out

Very friendly staff and well equipped room. Have never seen a minibar well stocked like that :-) The rooftop is almost too popular for my taste but has a great view and good vibes.

Hard to find a seat at the rooftop in the afternoon and evening.

pets are free and you get toys and treats, this was so nice. rooms are super cool, beds huge, view is amazing, staff is super friendly and supportive. overall it’s a great place to stay.

Beautiful building and style. Very clean and the stuff were very helpful and kind. The cafe downstairs is really cute and the rooftop bar too.

The area is a bit weird but well it's downtown LA so to be expected. There is a lot of noise both from the street but mostly from the rooftop as there are parties happening there.

The decore and aesthetic is fantastic. Rooftop pool in wonderful. Very good location. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Happy hour on the rooftop was excellent.

The room was slightly on the smaller side would be our only comment.

We liked the retro feel of the hotel, the amazing theatre built into the place. Always something going on every night and the mood was very happy. The rooftop bar although quite small was really nice and the views of the city were excellent.

I would have preferred that the room had double glazing as the noise from outside at times was quite loud. a number time times throughout our stay the cars in the evening would be revving their engines or playing loud music, better windows would have mitigated against this. We'd also have preferred darker curtains but we managed pretty well.

Rooftop area was fun though hard to get a seat. Atmosphere fun overall. Suitcase hold while we explored was great. Staff lovely.

Beds should be higher (hard for older folks to get up and down). Coffee and Tea should be complementary. Continental breakfast would be even better. Neighborhood not safe for single female traveler.

Our room had only one window and it was facing a wall so the room was a bit dark.

I’ve stayed at other Ace Hotels before. I love the vibe and it’s up my alley in terms of style and comfort.

sadly, there are too many people on the streets with mental health issues in the direct area. Its a shame its got so bad.

The staff was very friendly, outgoing and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring downtown la, and is easy accessible by car and ground transportation. The restaurant was good, and the foo d was delicious.
