Location It’s downtown LA But close to the sports venue

Bit of a seedy area Room wasn’t cleaned properly Floors were so sticky you could hardly walk on them HK came and mopped it again Furniture was very stained

Breakfast was lovely but breakfast staff were very rude to us and other people I was totally shocked at how the two ladies on one morning were extremely rude to us and other guests .

Good location for the Conference Center. Room was always clean and is a great size.

Parking charges are too high.

I loved how close in proximity the hotel was to the convention center and crypto arena.

I was awoken everynight by what sounded like draging or sweeping back and forth; of what? I'm not entirely. sure. So, needless to say it, I didn't get a lot of sleep.

Rooms were large, clean, newer, reasonably central to LA

Off a few streets a lot of homeless people, nothing the hotel can do about that

Quiet and comfy. Staff is great very polite plus ecellent security features to enter hotel upper levels.

Some of the furniture is a little outdated or thorn/stained from previous customers and was not cleaned properly.

Did not get breakfast. Would have liked to be free and included with staying there

Drain blockage in the shower room. One of the light bulbs in the shower room was broke. Housekeeping staff didn’t vacuum the floor.

Nice, clean room. Quiet. Very nice staff. Accommodating of large dog. Close to USC.

Gorgeous property, comfortable beds, central location, spacious rooms, very friendly staff who were super helpful.

Visiting during the hotel worker strike so that was really unpleasant. Extremely loud staring at 6 am and intentionally guilting guests coming in and out of the hotel. Shower pressure was truly terrible. But that was about it.

The area around hotel needs to be cleaned up. It doesn't feel like LA, with all that trash and homeless people around. It takes away from the beauty and sophistication of the hotel and surrounding buildings.

Homeless are very close.

Nice staff, speedy elevators, excellent restaurant, very comfy beds, great shower, could open window for fresh air., very pleasant cabanas and outdoor sofas in pool area.

The furniture is showing its age, with bald spots in the upholstery, 18 Social was closed for the duration of our stay, pool furniture had reserved signs (and no one was using it), pool was small.

View, location, reception and concierge staff were very very helpful.

Microwaves, vending machines can be in all levels

I got a corner room with an amazing view on all sides. Also the room itself was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and convenient with plenty of outlets/charging points available, and other nice touches like a freezer section in the fridge, a makeup mirror in the bathroom, and several other details that were well designed with guests in mind. Also the room cleaning was great the one time I got it, they minded a lot of details other hotels usually miss.

Hotel staff was on strike during my entire stay, making noise in the early morning all the way through late at night, and I had to walk through striking workers each time I left the hotel. Of course, that meant meany of the services were closed during my stay, and after my room was cleaned the first time, trash and dirty towels started piling up in my room over the course of my stay. Also, unlike other hotels in the area, Hotel Indigo put up barricades during the strike, forcing patrons to walk around them to leave and enter the hotel every single day. None of the other hotels in the area did this, despite having striking workers of their own. Lastly elevators force you to use a finicky keycard scanner to select your floor. Eventually just became another annoyance.

This room was booked through "BOOKING.COM", which was a plus Didn't have breakfast at the property

Perhaps this was not a hotel problem however, trying to obtain transportation to train station was a big problem Appears to be an additional charge to my account though reservations were confirmed via "BOOKING.COM"

A microwave in the toom would have helped

Service of room service was good ,Behaviour of staff was good interior decoration of hotel lobby,bar sitting arrangement of restaurant is excellent.

Ambiance very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Good service

Strange at this price point there was no coffee, only tea for the Keurig in the room. Also strange that there was no complementary bottled water in the room. These are things I get at a Holiday Inn Express at half the price. There is an ice bucket in the room, never found anywhere I could get ice. Overall like the hotel, find the amenities lacking especially for the price.
