The room view was great. The room was comfortable. The staff was great.

The hot water in the room was terrible. The shower would not get hot at all, as well as the sink. But I figured out that if I turn on the tub, sink and shower, the water will get hot after 10 minutes. On Friday at 9:30 in the morning, the cable went out. It was not back on until 9:30 at night. When I did come back on, the ability to order in-room dining and check-out did not work.

We live near so it was a wonderful indulgent staycation

The food does not, in any way, match the facility. It needs a serious reboot.

The facility is lovely and all service was impeccable, from front desk to housekeeping. The views, trails, amenities offered are very nice, landscaping lovely. Everything seemed fairly clean. Navigating the buildings and resort is convenient even though huge. The restaurants are adequate for the price, not exceptional. Very nice they give you two good chairs in room.

The bed felt old, bottom sheet was not well tucked in, and the pillows were awful. One light in the en suite flickered and had to be left off. And the glass doors to the en suite and to the commode slammed loudly unless we held them; simple rubber bumpers could solve this. When en suite door was latched open, the front door edge was so close that my husband's fingers got pinched when we returned to the room.

Clean; comfortable beds; nice spa; beautiful walks along the ocean.

Service was a total hit or miss and always slow. Food outrageously priced and nothing exceptional about its quality. Last but not least, paid for a room with an ocean view and got a tiny partial glance of the water, blocked by a huge cluster of vegetation. Went to the lobby to request a change and was dismissed coldly by a “no, this is the standard at this hotel”.

We have visited many times to meet family for brunch, and spa, but this was our 1st stay-cation, and we will definitely be back!

Extremely overpriced. Service is 3 star, not 5 stars as claimed. We had food poisoning. Valet parking left our car opened - which is extremely unprofessional

Food, pools and resort was lovely.

Our room was 4228. We had an ant infestation all over the room. We woke up and ants were all over our clothes, our bags and in the bathroom as well. We had to move rooms to 5203. Rest of the trip we felt like we were itching even when sleeping from the experience. We did not get much sleep rest of our stay.

The resort was SO beautiful and we enjoyed every moment we spent there. The staff went above and beyond to help make it equally enjoyable to our toddler, from providing a stuffed animal at checkin to crayons during meals.

Staff was too directed by computers and hand helds that were slow or malfuncioning or they weren't trained on how to use it. Could have delivered a better service without the technology and just listen to what guest wants.

We loved everything. The whole mini vacation was a success & the view couldn’t have been any better. Once again the wife loved the whole experience.

We went for a one night stay on a Friday we just didn’t get a chance to do any activities due to all activities where either in a Saturday or Sunday.

Had no idea there is a resort like this in LA. It felt like we were at some Hawaiian resort - so beautiful and would love to come again.
