Each and every services was good from door men, bell hops, checkin crews, house keeping and repair crew and any one else we came in contact with..Great experience..good job…
The only thing was we had a dog and it was no convenient place to take him with in your establishment..

The view was nice a bit loud, but nice. I hotel staff was very helpful. The room looked upscale and offered up to date features and technology that was helpful.

Lovely didn’t want to heave
Pool fabulous room great love the glass balcony all the staff are terrific. Room service which we rarely do was very nice at 145 am ( we had skipped dinner ) we do miss the Rolls Royce hotel car we used several years ago at the hotel ( with the stars in the roof…. Wow
Noticed the carpeting in the room looks a tiny worn out to be expected I guess but keep an eye out on it

Great location.
Location near rodeo drive and a walking distance from Westfield mall. Bed , bathroom and room were very comfortable.
The room’s fridge did not work even after they fixed it.

The staff in the pool. One in particular was not friendly or helpful and had to ask for a towel more than 2 times. I also didnt get any attention to be served a menu and took a long time to even make an order.

everything in the bedroom was broken, even after they transferred me to a new room. no working lights! please refund me.

The decoration of the rooms was nice. The location was good.
The food from the room service was horrible. I asked for extra Caesar sauce and received tomato sauce. We used the spa... The facility was extremely dirty and the massage was above average. I paid for a room with a view and received one with a view of a crane. We were given another room on a lower floor but at least we had a nice view.
