Beds were comfortable and the room is fun and on trend. Bathroom is a nice size and the location is fantastic with tram stop at front. Access to a Gym, a great cafe, Mc Donalds and more is right inside the same building

The beds were amazing and super comfy

Great value for money. The bed was super comfortable, we slept very well. The room was very clean. Relatively well located, just a few minutes from the city by tram.

Couldn't change the AC mode, was either "cool" or nothing. We don't like sleeping with AC, we prefer the "dry" mode if anything, so we turned it off. It would have great to have a smart TV rather than just free to air TV.

Fabulous view from my room to parkland, bed was really comfortable, location was great, room very pleasing, loved the decor. Fabulous to stay in an Art series hotel again, had a wonderful vibe to it. Checkout at 11 am was great. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also very eclectic and the service and food were awesome.

I couldn't fault anything.

Basically all clean. coffee machine so cool. Nice and clean Bathroom. all utility still new. Comfortable bed. the location near city and market. and surrounding by garden. you can enjoy fresh atmosphere.

I love the art in the hotel, from the reception until the room

We didn't get the Inclusive breakfast, just ordered from the menu at farmacy. The food and service was good and well presented.

The Premium movie channel on the TV wasn't working during our stay. We would have liked more snacks in the mini-bar (like the chocolate buttons with hundreds & thousands on them.)

The location was perfect, we went to a WNBL game at the state sports centre. The room was very clean and comfortable.

It’s convenient location to the RCH.

The mattresses are too soft. The tv’s are not smart tv’s.

Definitely the cleanness of the bathroom. The colourful decor and the excellent TV reception.

The bed could have been a bit firmer. The view from the window was a bit depressing-gray concrete blob.

Room was really bright and cheerful. Huge window gave a lot of natural light. Bathroom was big and having a bath was great. Parking and access into the hotel was very easy. Enjoyed Farmacy breakfast a lot.

Would have been helpful to have more USB charging points in room (ones in clock were very very slow).

We stayed over new year and much of the shops were closed in the immediate area of the hospital.

Comfortable room, lovely view overlooking the park, friendly staff

Lovely Art Series hotel located close to Royal Melb Hospital (Adults) and right next door to Melb Children's Hospital, with stunning parklands around. There are trams right outside to take you into the city within 10-12 minutes, and some local shops to stock up about a 7-8 minute pleasant walk into North Melbourne, but the hotel is not located 'right in the action'. But on the other hand, it was incredibly peaceful, and the views across the parklands from my room were absolutely stunning. My room was a real sanctuary, quite spacious, modern, clean, with good coffee & tea making facilities provided. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Uber Eats had no problem delivering meals when required and taxis arrived within minutes of being called also when required, and I took the tram into the city and back without any problem. And David Larwill's art is wonderful! (I needed to extend my stay and ended up staying 6 nights in total.)

As many of the guests I presume, like myself are visiting the hospitals, particularly the Children's Hospital, management need to look at offering in-house laundry facilities. Serviced Apartments offer both kitchen and laundry facilities in-room and possibly the hotel need to think about how to meld some of these services, starting with laundry facilities into their current set-up, it would really make a difference!!

I couldn't find a tooth brush and a small paste with the amenities. I think this is one of the very important amenities in a hotel.
